We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble joining this poker tournament, have you tried any of the steps listed here, and here, ? (even if your issue is unrelated, the general steps listed are usually a good place to start.)
Another good quick fix to try is to power cycle your modem or try another Internet Service. All you have to do is take the power cord out of your modem, and replug it after 10 seconds, and this can refresh your connection. If you are using a phone Internet connection or Wifi, try using the other and logging in.
If none of the steps listed above in those topics helps, and you can’t rejoin the tournament, please respond here and we can look further into the disconnection.

Note, the password/username message can be related to a connection issue, and sometimes comes up when you are having connection problems.
However, also make sure to check that your password and username are correct.

Just get white screen from poker client. Wont let me log in…site crash? I mean i wouldnt be suprised…
Have you tried any of the steps listed above? Also I have changed the title of this to ‘Poker Login Issues’ so it’s easier to find for other players.
At this moment we have had no mentioning of any site crash or poker outage. We will be sure to update this page if anything changes.

The steps outlined in the above topics are not all Internet Connection related, this is just a quick fix we recommend when having login issues.
Our biggest recommendation would be to try reinstalling following the steps provided in the above topics, but it would also help to see a screenshot of the issue you are currently having. If you can create one for us you can post it below or PM us here.
Client stays white like this everytime i try to open. Also redownloaded the software still just this
Why would i continue to troubleshoot on my end when its clearly an issue in your software. Its not a new issue yet it continues and is not getting resolved
We’re definitely sorry to hear the previous fixes didn’t work. Can you also provide the device and operating system you are currently using? We will escalate this issue, and provide updates as we have them below.
In the meantime, if you can’t join the poker client, we recommend using another device or trying to logon through the website by going to https://www.ignitioncasino.eu/poker and clicking on the ‘Play Now’ box on the top left. This will connect you through the website, and may get you playing until we can fix the client issue.

This does seem to be an isolated issue, but we understand your frustration. As mentioned if we hear of any sitewide issues, we will ensure to post them as soon as we are aware of them.
