So I was playing jackpot sittin go for $2 finally the site finally let’s me push the button to play it it acts like I’m holding and then freezes I cannot get on the site I cannot get into the game for 1520 minutes finally finally the game comes back available and I noticed my $2 is gone I did not play one hand did not see 1 card thrown down I tried for 3 hours now on chat to get somebody to help me There is nobody to help me I tried calling and it says that because of covid they are not able to help me out over the phone however my friend he can call and gets in it’s through To them and when asking them what the deal is they said only certain people are allowed to call what loud to call what the F is that about I just want to know does anybody care enough to help anybody out anymore with troubles they are facing with the site hello get your s*** together
you should look at your hand history and search around the time of the game and click one of the hands copy the table # and pm the @moderators they’ll be on later tonight
A certain level. Are you kidding me. So if I’m not at a certain level then I just keep waiting on chat for nobody to help for hours sometimes days?? Wow that’s award winning customer service. What level is it you are supposed to reach before having the privilege of phone call communication if I might ask?
I’m completely shocked that there is a hierarchy involved with being able to make a phone call to a customer service rep, meanwhile that reason is shielded behind the excuse of a pandemic!!! UNBELIEVABLE!

haha…Ive got screwed out of hundreds of $2 jackpot sitngos…Its about the only running game I can spend my miles on but 85% are just thrown away to disconnects
I just want to know what to do when you regester for a tournement and the table never loads…on instance I was in a tournement and the table wouldnt load…It took me like 40 mins before it would load…I made the mistake of logging out trying to fix it and couldnt even log back in forever…I gone ahead and played what few chips I had once it logged in…and then suppport said since i played it they could not refund it…Well not long after the same thing happens…the table wouldnt pull up untill half my stack is gone, so this time I do not play any hands and support still wouldnt give me a refund ( I should have just tried my luck) …next time this happend I wasnt sure what to do so once the table poped up on a sitngo I only have 800 chips left so i just go for it…this was for any $10 and they would only give me a $7 jackpotsitnogo ticket even though i pleaded just for a any $5 and they wouldnt even do that although I got screwd out of a $10 ticket because this site sucks now…not just the software…everything has went downhill since I started…the higher tier you move up the less you get…That has been my experience anyways…im never offered any type of promotion and Im lucky to get compensated for the site having issues
one of the main reasons I have stuck around so long is because promotions and the support team used to be cool, but promotions is non exsistant and when chatting with support they used to always be super nice but I notice some are starting to be rude sometimes or they say they will do something and it never happend so I contact support again and they wont know whats going on …so a little issue will take a hour sometimes. I want ignition to succseed and be a good site but I also think they should treat there long time costomers a lot better…Its starting to get to the point I dont see much reason to stay loyal

This is what you guys keep telling us…but your system is too dumb to even tell us our hand or tournament history…it says error every time!!! I lost so much money trying to play …look at how much i deposited and how much i got to actually play…is ridiculous!!!
My system? I’m just another player trying to help you guys get the info you need based off my experiences 
But if you’re talking about the error message that sometimes happens when logging in try switching back and forth between WiFi and data @itzmrfelony or between a computer & phone usually helps
