Poker Technical Issues

In that case the tournament will be refunded based on the following:

Cancelation with No Players in the Money

If a tournament is cancelled and no players are in the money, all remaining players will have their entry fee refunded and the prize pool will be divided according to the following formula:

50% of the prize pool will be allocated evenly among all remaining players.
50% of the prize pool will be allocated proportionally based on chip count.

Then it brings me to my original question, as chip lead, how much of the 50% is proportionally given to me lol.

This is for parasites in humans, not viruses. Not scientific fact. Everyone wants a cure, there is no cure to the virus. There is only the attempt to use antibodies as a preventative measure or a prophylactical nature.

And, this forum is not for the debate of political talking points. Please hold your rhetoric down, and I wonā€™t inundate you with science that you will step up to the plate with misinformation as your base.

Biochemistry, medical honors. I know how to read data for studies, and when to disregard it as false.

Service rep tilted me so hard I just dinked off the whole deposit in 50 plo. Iā€™m shutting down my account itā€™s too easy to loose money to bots here let alone these glitches I have to worry about on top of that. Bots donā€™t get tilted and donā€™t change gears.

And Iā€™m sure thereā€™s absolutely no chance that there is such a thing here like a site bot here that knows itā€™s going to suck out and hit its two outer against your flopped nuts. No way would ign let such a thing occur even though it would be next to impossible to verify and prove and even more difficult to inform the community. They have algorithms to detect cheating and bots.

I think our best bet in terms of the disconnect cash game glitch is to adjust play style accordingly and never invest in long term plays. Never play the player and only play the stats. And also hit and run constantly. Thatā€™s the only way to be consistent here IMHO

How are satellites refunded? I know that one was on the stone bubble to the $470 tomorrow

Refunds should happen shortly, we will review your account once that happens @jsmith84poker

There were 191 players left in the 150k. With 30k up topā€¦ any one of us 191 could have won it. What is ignition going to do to make sure they donā€™t lose a whole lot of players? Surely there will be tournament tickets awarded or somethingā€¦ as an ā€œIā€™m sorryā€

Tournaments are in the process of being refunded now @Redsfan4192 based on the cancellation policy and we will provide another update tomorrow morning (Monday)

The sooner the betterā€¦ canā€™t wait to withdraw and be done with this site

Sorry @mommahbear  Iā€™m not sure what the prize pool was right now but letā€™s say there was $7,000 and 217 players left

$3,500 would be allocated to everyone evenly so $16.13 each

the other $3,500 would be allocated proportionally based on Chip count. If you had 10% of the total chips you would receive $350 for a total of $366.13.

I know youā€™re tired of answering these same questions over and over, but I lost money in the first software crash at 6am in the morning. Iā€™m seeing other people say theyā€™re getting their money back they lost in the 2nd. Is there any rhyme or reason to the order this is done in? Any kind of estimation for when Iā€™ll get it back and can start playing again? I wanna play poker and Iā€™m driving myself crazy checking my account every 30 mins with no clue if itā€™s gonna be minutes or days before Iā€™m refunded.

We were advised 24-48 hours for all balances to be credited, as far as I am aware some players have already been credited. Apologies for those that havenā€™t yet, but thank you for your patience.

Hi William!

I had $45 in play on NL25 Zone that hasnā€™t shown up in my balance yet>

Any estimate as to how long this will take to resolve? Also, should I avoid playing in the meantime so as not to mess up my history?

Hi, we have been advised 24-48 hours as per the post above. You can continue to play in the meantime, it will cause no issues.

I was 3rd in that same tourney. Was sitting for $896 and my refund was $115. They even got that wrong. I did the math - should have been $135 refund. Regardless, itā€™s a joke. We get barely more than the people down to their last chip. Why is 50% of the prize pool split evenly among all players? It should all be split proportionally based on chips.

The funds should be issued as per the Tournament Cancelation Policy which Willliam mentioned above.

I did my own math based on the cancellation policy and I am short $20. Sent an email with my understanding of the calculation.

I lost 60$ on igniton yesterday morning and a measly 2.20$ ticket on bovada during the first software crash. Bovada gave me a 20$ poker bonus to use immediately after that. I then lost 52$ on bovada during the 2nd crash last night. They have also already refunded that. Ignition has still done nothing and its going on 28 hours. I like ignition and will continue to use both sites but its clear which one puts in more effort to helping their users and more importantly fixing their own screw ups.

We are sorry for the delay, but as advised this can take up to 48 hours to clear all games and credit all players back, it isnā€™t a quick process unfortunately, but our team are still working on this right now.

Still have not received my correct cash out amount from my cash game.
