Random Reward Point Little Gifts

First off it’s not a gift…it’s rewards based on deposits…which last time I checked cost money…so it’s far from a gift…second it’s obvious that if there is no set ti.eframe to payout maybe you guys can stall and stall and stall paying out rewards until the customer chooses to go play on another site…then you cans can keep the rewards…with no timeframe we will just call it a little gift…what a bunch of ambiguous bullshit …the amounts of everybody’s little gifts is directly associated with how much money they deposited right?? How can you call our rewards little gifts???

yeah i used to get these “little gifts” when my account was in mBtc. But then I was forced to get rid of that account and switch to USD. Since then I have NEVER received any “little gift or point drop etc.” I had to beg them to transfer the miles i had earned over to my new USD account. Y’all just keep taking shit away from your customers and soon enough you wont have any to pay your salary. I would hope you guys know that but then again based on the actions of the “promotions team” I do not think they are aware of that basic knowledge of how to run a business.

Your withdrawals also outweigh your deposits made so this would disqualify you from the little gift eligibility

How is it that having been a member of your casino for several years now that back in January of this year I received the last “little gift” reward and then somehow my account was changed so that I wasn’t eligible for those cashback type of rewards…I didn’t notice for a few months but then last month I thought hmmm…so I called in and one of your agents said sorry ur account is not eligible for cashback…and I said really I don’t think that’s correct…I had thought I’d received it before but thought whatever…and then yesterday one of your hosts was looking at my account and said you should be receiving cashback the whole time…sweet…all the deposits made since about the middle of January to yesterday and I never got the little gifts reward…sooo that’s awesome…why it’s taking your promotions team 2 full days to calculate and distribute to my account is beyond me…how and why did my account change back in january??

Any Promotion may be removed or changed at the discretion of our Promotions Team, therefore any Perks you had in the past, may change. The approximated time-frame for a response is 48 hours approximately, however, this would depend on the number of requests they have at the same time.

Why would someone in any department do that to a customers account?? That’s bullshit…so ur saying your promotions department can add or take away any reward without giving notice to the customer?? Really?? I don’t remember reading that in your policies and procedires???

And I’m sorry but calling your cashback program “little gifts” is very misleading…these are just cashback rewards for deposits made…I processed a ton of deposits and not surprisingly my little gifts rewards were bigger…and that makes sense…but by no means are these free gifts…not even close

The Perks may change at their discretion yes and any promotion you have right now, is not guaranteed to last forever.

I dont think anybody thought anything would last forever but at the same time I doubt anybody would think that is ok to just change up somebody’s rewards and change them every couple months…how would that be fair?? I’m still trying to figure out why there are moderators in the first place?? What value do moderators bring to this forum?? I think they’re useless…never hear anything they say that means anything…waste of money I think

Random?? I remember when they were issued each week…then after awhile it was every couple weeks…now it’s down to like once a month…now getting them in mid January and then not again until may with as much as I deposit that would not be random…that would be ridiculous and expensive for the casino…I’m sure 33k of deposits will produce a huge big gift…I can’t wait

I used to receive about 2 messages per month with “another little gift” bonus miles… I have not received one of those since November 8th of last year… nobody ever helps me in the chat sessions and just tell me that “they are awarded at random”. I explain to them that I used to get about 2 per month and can never receive answers as to why I get NONE now. Over 6 months since I received this “random” reward. Either my account is overlooked or nobody really cares about my business. It is disappointing when the loyalty to this site is not appreciated. They also tell me that they cannot issue bonus miles manually however that is not true. I had one agent before November 8th of last year that saw this oversight and added miles manually, and no I was not a hosted member at that time so it was not assistance from a host that I received. I just wish someone would look at my account to see that not a single “little gift” has been rewarded for 6 months now. I deposit ungodly amounts of money every single month. The 2 messages per month that I used to receive would total between $700-$900 dollars… now I get nothing. That is truly disappointing to a very very loyal high spending long term customer. @moderators any answers as to why this is?
Edit: 5/15/22 I had points added today! I can’t help but think that my post maybe finally got someone to take a look at my account!
