Some of you may have noticed this topic and had some questions on about some payouts with the wild multiplier.

So I see you re-activated this game on your website and have completely removed the wild multipliers.
When I played it,Thursday evening around 5 or so pm central time, it was still stated in the game rules section that the wilds were also multipliers.

Be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Machine malfunction voids all plays and pays?

The machine was not malfunctioning, the multiplier rule was incorrect.

They put a message in my acct today but no rebate

The message did indicate that we will be making this right for all those impacted and that there is more to come once the investigation is complete.

When will this investigation be done?

It could take a few days to see who it affected, how many spins it affected, etc.

When we get any details we’ll let everyone know beforehand just like the messaging today

I am interested to find out how the final resolutions will be calculated. Will we be compensated for the amount we lost, or how much we should have won. (based on the published rules at the time)
The available client side metrics are limited to; amount staked, amount won, and before/after balance. I didn’t have the foresight to screen shot any spins, so i guess I am at the mercy of Ignition’s benevolent support staff…

We do understand your concern @GutterTrash but once the decision is made in relation to your question, all affected users will advise further. Until then we can’t guarantee any compensation until an update is given from the appropriate team.

Man I spun that ish hella hard. Review’ll take weeks unless it’s computerized.

I played WandR xl for over 3.5 hrs on the 25th. I looked at my transaction and only my first 10-15 minutes of play is listed. How do we verify we are being compebsated correctly if our transaction page is not compmete and accurate?
