They should just take the money you lost Playing the game and refund it. It sucks for ignition but they’ll make it back. There’s no telling what someone would’ve done if it was paying according to the posted game rules. They’ll prob issue ignition miles which cost them nothing

I didnt lose, but my cash out wouldve been WAY bigger… if they are not going to pay out according to the rules they set in place themselves, i think we should be given back all that we staked playing. A refund of my deposit from that night doesn’t seem sufficient.

A return of money staked would be something I could get behind. That would be substantial in my case however much less than what I would be owed if the payouts were according to the written rules.

Though to be clear I highly doubt that’ll be how it’s handled. I spun for less than a half hour on 40c spins and my total staked was like $225. I usually play $1-$5 a spin - total staked at that rate gets outta control quickly.
Its a best, worst case scenario… The right thing to do would be to deliver in the advertised payout structure. Unfortunately getting [most]casinos to part with cash already wagered seems a near impossible feat. Getting my staked amount, from all sessions in question, is a tolerable consolation. I must say though, I have always been treated fairly by ignition support staff. I am warily confident that any resolution proposed will be acceptable, at the least, maybe even better than in am expecting.

My total staked over two sessions on the 24th was $1966. One win during free spins was $465, with two diamond wilds in the winning pay line… That one spin alone should have paid almost 2.5x my staked amount. That was the biggest single spin, but there were a lot of winners with diamonds throughout. Would to love see that payout

I have seen a few folks mention that… Any chance there was a diamond multiplier in that win? This is just optimistic speculation, if everyone’s missing spins are the ones with diamonds, support may be isolating all the affected spins to tally totals. Like I said, just speculation

I thought that might be the case. I am still going forward hoping that the casino is acting with the best intentions for the players. They have already claimed responsibility, as well as set explicit intentions to “make this right”. Ignition is one of the few online casino that i think would actually follow through… hopefully I’m right.
