PLEASE turn off the lose switch on Reels XL. I have never had a big hit on it, but the past few months have been terrible. After playing the game for 5 or more years, it is pretty easy to tell the difference. My RTP for the past several months is like 10% or less. I play on LV, Ignition and Bovada and all three are awful on XL. Doesn’t make any sense at all. Please turn off the lose switch. And, yes, I play a lot, 2-4 hours every day, low end. After playing XL (was my favorite game) hundreds of times and always losing, something has changed. Bad luck, is bad luck, but this is more than just plain bad luck. It’s more like I got put on probation for a while and someone forgot to take me off.

This whole statement I agree same amount of time and in the last year it’s been dead One time I hit the jackpot wheel twice in one day now I could barely hit the first wheel
It’s frustrating when things seem to slow down after hitting a big win. The odds in these games are designed to be random, so there will always be peaks and valleys. Sometimes, it feels like you’re on a roll, but then things can quiet down for a while. If you’re finding the wins to be fewer and farther between, just keep in mind it’s all part of the randomness, and sometimes it’s about timing.
After thousands of spins on that game, I probably can anticipate results more than the developers. Something has definitely changed. It is so obvious as to be ridiculous. I could see it if I had ever had a big hit on it, but never have. I have complained to customer service and never got an answer. The lose button has been turned on for me on that game for quite some time now. I would really like to know why. I’ve said it before that this site can’t be beat for ease of deposits, withdrawal times, etc. etc. Why do they screw with the RTP so much? It makes no sense!
Have you guys notice on the Big winner section? Its been untouch no one is winning big since the year started. Most of us players are loosing money.

I feel your pain! Whoever is in charge of RTP here is clueless on how to keep players playing. They do everything else right and could dominate the industry with their ease and speed of crypto withdrawals, but instead the RTP joke. Helluva way to run a business!

Maintenance on any of the games will have no effect on any wins, they are typically security patches and updates that they add.
its definitely has to do w winning… ive only been playing this over 4 years consistently and im able to tell the difference …
