Remember this is not the only time this had happened, just wait for your case to be heard by a customer representative, tell them your info of your account and then tournament number after that they will try to offer you a tournament ticket but you should demand your real money buy-in back. Is that simple! Then wait to start the whole process of play, broken website, come to the forum, complain about your experience which will get fixed and then continue repeating. It is all very simple not rocket science at all! :-)āā¦

How is this site going to possibly handle this Sundayās traffic? Are people still planning on playing the Main? Seriously considering sitting out.

Well, I just have problems again so I guess it was a temporary connection lol!
this is criminal ā¦got cut off again, uninstall, reinstall several times, log back in , all my balance is gone, uninstall reinstall, the tournament is gone, now they will post tournament ticket, what about the money from the players who got knocked out ???
several times laste few weeks, I have to be a moran to keep on playing this BS site
Just checked my balance and all the cancelled tournaments havenāt been refunded. I canāt wait to just light more money on fire now that the site is back up momentarily.

I got back in but it takes me st8 to transaction page, not to the lobby , canāt get to lobby
I got to the lobby but it prevented me from doing so after a minute.
I got to the lobby before, it did seem my account was refunded something, but I donāt know how or what for. My tourney ticket is gone though. And then I got booted again and I can only see transactions
all my previous tournament I got cut off , none of them show as canceled, they canāt just keep the money from the players who got knocked out and refund tournament ticket to who complained and report the issue

I can understand that the virus is effecting even the employees for the site. Iāve always found ignition to be fair, and theyāre usually willing to compensate for their glitches. My girlfriend just had free spins on slots and got logged off. Would the pattern change when she logs back in? From winning to losing or losing to winning? Thatās my concernā¦
Ah wellā¦ But ignition take care this situation best way I ever seen. I always get some nice tickets and bonuses if its happens. Its make me very loyal customer.

This is an absolute joke. Iām in a cash game for Texas Holdāem and I am mid-hand, and it just logs me out. Now Iām back here. Just lost a costly hand. This is ridiculous.
