see they have a lot of people logging on because all the casinos in america are closed as far as i know at least in my state but ive been at ignition since day 1 pretty much no that i wont get to play in my tournement and they wont care because its a tournement ticket but i care i really really care

Yep I have been trying to access my account for 30 mins. Not happy. Trying to make a deposit.
I can assure you that we care about everyone that has encountered disconnection issues and once resolved, if the system didn’t automatically follow the cancellation policy then we’ll be more then happy to look into each case.
@pillows Yeah I remember that fiasco and I’m hoping this isn’t a repeat. I was looking forward to playing the events tonight and I was in a few tourneys when the site crashed, oh well.
This forum has actually been pretty good when any issues come up so thank you for that. My issue just didnt matter last time it was only me that couldnt log in i didnt complain about it till after and was sent an email basically saying Oh well lying scumbag. So i will probably only come to the forum for any issues i ever have
I was on a 5/10 NL table and flopped top two pair with 3 players in and a $225 pot. Not saying I would have won the hand, but I had $400 left behind.
What can you do about this? I need to be able to trust the site, especially in high stakes cash. Can’t let that happen again, losing money.

As a software consultant, very valid point. Infrastructure can’t handle the traffic. Need to move to AWS or Azure and get that elastic cloud storage. Big companies obviously count on big shopping days like Cyber Monday and can manage it.
