It’s back up… I was experiencing the same issue. I was just now able to log in to the poker client

Poker client software seems to be messing up again. I have tried logging in on two different computers, same outcome both times, I am able to enter my email and password and click login, then the screen freezes and I have to close the software.
Same here! Can’t login from any browser or device.
I think I read in another thread they are working on it. Probably due to all the increased traffic.

I am having this same issue. The first time I reinstalled it fixed it. The second session it happened and I reinstalled it just kept showing a black screen. This last time it let me login once after I changed the language at the top from english to something else, but when I logged in all I could see was my transaction history page (it was zoomed in to just the transactions part, I couldn’t see any menus or anything). Hope this helps. Just started and am enjoying playing, please get this fixed soon.
Just an hour or so ago I was booted out inexplicably and unable to log back in. I was in the middle of a heads up tournament at the time.
When trying to log back in I kept getting a Red error message on the screen. I did take screen shots. Here’s what it looked like:
Having the same issue. Was playing an hour ago but took a break and came back it was doing the reset to login screen. I can get it to login online and see my account but if I try to go to poker or other games it makes me re login and just keeps resetting to login.
I can’t access the app or the web based version similar to what happened this morning.
