Same here. I keep having problems with getting stuck, getting kicked off the screen. Both regular poker tournament and jackpot sit and go have same issues

Its obvious that its not on our end…let me lose money by playing not by your site freezing EVERYTIME. Not fun at all

80% of my loses are from the site freezing and once I go back in money gone… mainly with high pay out games smh.

I’m also having issues connecting. This is getting to be a constant issue and it is extremely frustrating to deal with. This is obviously not an issue on my end like support tries to say it is…

It is on THEIR end, not our end. And it is unreal that in 2022, an online casino could not maintain a secure, stable web presence for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Internet has been around for 30 years now. This is not new technology.

Trying to log into the casino now, and it just sits at the “WELCOME BACK!” screen. It won’t go any further than that.
When I click on the X button in the upper right hand corner, it takes me right back to the login screen.

Their twitter page said it was fixed 2 hours ago… clearly that is not the case. It just seems to be more and more issues on average about once a week. What is going on with this site? @moderators will there be compensation this time or will they compensate us and take it back?

Same issue here, this is not acceptable for your customers. I also reported the issue on Twitter. @IgnitionSupport: we are expecting at least a little compensation for the inconvenience (poker ticket, Ignition points, or free spins). Thank you

Yup casino is down and I just deposited. This is BS, why is this happening so often. Ignition is becoming junk.
I got the gateway time out screen, the games were t loading or taking forever to spin, then timing out prompting a reload and then the same issue.
Even forum is slow AF to load.
