Site Stability Updates - 2

This is NOT compensation, period. This is belligerent and disrespectful as hell. Unreal. Ignition, you had a chance to make this right. You comped at least $100 for 3 days of issues last time this happened, this was 3 weeks. Mods - please look at my account, as Diamond Tier this is unacceptable.

It wasn’t the measly 35,000 miles after weeks of being down that bugged me most, (though I did get 120,000 miles in December when it went down with only 1x playthrough in poker or casino), I am more upset that I couldn’t use it on the new Hot Drop Jackpots slots. I got 40,000 miles a few weeks ago when the site first went down and they thought they fixed it; it stays down weeks longer than that and I get less than what I got when it was down on a couple of days? I guess because they had to give out to more people this time. Very disappointing.

@Matt where are my points the compensation for the sites issues? My friend received hers again and she doesn’t play or deposit, I don’t understand why I have to contact you guys to ask about my compensation when I’ve already mentioned how my paying was affected elleakitty@gmail.com

@Matt I am waiting for my compensation for the issues I addressed about a week ago, I have 2 friends that I referred here they never play and yet they received the compensation points in may 26th and they received points today… the crazy thing is they didn’t experience the issues on the site because they don’t deposit or play!!! So I’m an active player and frequent depositor and I don’t have my compensation that was handed out today, keep hearing about reviewing accounts that were affected so who reviewed my non depositing friends accounts and issued them compensation? That proves they don’t want to give compensation to people who win or deposit I want my compensation elleakitty@gmail.com

as far as you know, are these small amount of miles really all the so called ā€œcompensationā€ that they’ve been talking about and plan on giving to the players affected?!

Yes, the miles received yesterday was for the site disruptions

Hmm. Just shocked that this is what was chosen as compensation for what was by far the worst disruption the site has ever faced spanning almost 3 weeks w/ a number of different issues when in the past players received $100-$300 in actual $ for a couple days of downtime :man_shrugging:

I am disappointed in ignition with the compensation given so they won’t be no more deposits from me until my issues are resolved in full.

So ignition casino believes that a total of 60,000 ignition points with 35% roll over is a good compensation for all the the issues lately I feel like as a customer we have no value to you and you could car less about us sticking around very insulting if you ask me

Im not sure how they would think that this anywhere near appropriate ā€œcompensationā€ (if you want to call it that) for what has been the worst + longest site disruption I believe Ignition has EVER had when in the past players received up to $300 in actual $$$ (depending on how much you played and wagered) for the site being down for 2-3 days! It honestly doesn’t make any since unless they’re TRYING to piss off all their players this affected! TOTAL FAIL ON SHOWING THE PLAYERS THAT THEY ARE APPRECIATED AND THAT IGNITION CARES EVEN IN THE SLIGHTEST. THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE SOO MANY CUSTOMERS THAT HAD BEEN LOYAL TO THEM UP UNTIL NOW. :man_facepalming:t2: I JUST DON’T GET IT.

Jackpot sit and go just crashed when I started up 2 games at once… have screenshots and need support because money is missing from my account… have screenshots showing I was added to one game even tho I clicked several times on both games to try and leave while I could still have my entry refunded… and I can prove I ā€œjoinedā€ on a hand I was all in on and ended up losing… WTF IS THIS!!! Support PLEASE DO SOMETHING

So I get ~$15 for dealing with over a month’s worth of issues resulting in several lost games and pots… literally insulting level of disregard for loyal customers who, despite our best whits, stuck around this dumpster fire…

They warned us of the dumpster fire this company is when they named it ā€œIgnitionā€, trusting them really fallin hard on all of us lol

Bonuses for the DDoS attacks have been provided and nothing else further is coming in relation to that

But why did you guys continue to tell us we would receive fair compensation based on our gameplay during the attacks?

Seems like 99% of people received $35 or less. How can you explain that? I just want an honest answer.
