This is NOT compensation, period. This is belligerent and disrespectful as hell. Unreal. Ignition, you had a chance to make this right. You comped at least $100 for 3 days of issues last time this happened, this was 3 weeks. Mods - please look at my account, as Diamond Tier this is unacceptable.
It wasnāt the measly 35,000 miles after weeks of being down that bugged me most, (though I did get 120,000 miles in December when it went down with only 1x playthrough in poker or casino), I am more upset that I couldnāt use it on the new Hot Drop Jackpots slots. I got 40,000 miles a few weeks ago when the site first went down and they thought they fixed it; it stays down weeks longer than that and I get less than what I got when it was down on a couple of days? I guess because they had to give out to more people this time. Very disappointing.

@Matt I am waiting for my compensation for the issues I addressed about a week ago, I have 2 friends that I referred here they never play and yet they received the compensation points in may 26th and they received points today⦠the crazy thing is they didnāt experience the issues on the site because they donāt deposit or play!!! So Iām an active player and frequent depositor and I donāt have my compensation that was handed out today, keep hearing about reviewing accounts that were affected so who reviewed my non depositing friends accounts and issued them compensation? Hmm. Just shocked that this is what was chosen as compensation for what was by far the worst disruption the site has ever faced spanning almost 3 weeks w/ a number of different issues when in the past players received $100-$300 in actual $ for a couple days of downtime
I am disappointed in ignition with the compensation given so they wonāt be no more deposits from me until my issues are resolved in full.
So ignition casino believes that a total of 60,000 ignition points with 35% roll over is a good compensation for all the the issues lately I feel like as a customer we have no value to you and you could car less about us sticking around very insulting if you ask me

But why did you guys continue to tell us we would receive fair compensation based on our gameplay during the attacks?
