@moderators I just wanted to express how upset i am with the resolution given today for the miserable 22 days of issues i been experiencing. $15,000 in bitcoin deposits during this past month alone and diamond level tier and all i am given is $30 ? Back in Dec for 3 days i got well over $300.00 for 3 day issue. Not to mention this issue has costed me allot of funds and caused allot of issues. You need to review my account and make this right or they will be no more deposits from me ever on ignition.
