Please answer the question as to why the gaming history isn’t appearing in my account prior to 5/23. I’m not asking you to go over the numbers I’m asking why can’t I see my numbers to look for myself?

Can you try another device or browser?

Anyone else able to check the last 31 days past May 23rd?

3rd, only complaint is that it loads the data in batches that constantly need to inject.

My transactions appear to be pulling accurately

From past experience this is exactly what happened to pokerstars before they got shut down. They began marketing and sponsoring live events across the US. Someone started asking questions and not long after that the doj got involved.

I feel if legal entities were targeting bovada/ignition they would take a more aggressive and direct approach but that doesn’t ease the fact that someone is in fact targeting the site.

The licensing stuff is new to me but in my opinion a 3 month license for a gaming company is not a good look no matter which way you cut it. The last licensing authority I remember being associated with the site was the kahnawake gaming commission.

I just got logged out of the client and it will not even bring up the login screen to log me back in.

There’s no stability here obviously. And how many excuses have y’all had for these now so-called ā€œcyber attacksā€? Where the first thing y’all say is no one’s information is at risk. No, only your money and full online account. Then y’all change the banner for a BTC tournie. Yay took you such frustration for that little bit of shit. It is 2022 your staff is trash and lie all the time. The site is from the early 2000s. It’s time for this site to get an app and get with the Fn program. And stop ripping customers off. I’d be shocked if ignition hasn’t lost half its players. It’s what y’all deserve. I’d be afraid to deposit money here. When everything seems to be ā€œmy faultā€ for any issues here. As with everyone else. Yet the site crashes every couple months and is down for several days. Nothing has been changed on this site for better for so many years. I hope you lose a lot of customers for such lack of appreciation

Yeah just tried to join a .25/.50 cash game and got hung at 99%.

My 40 dollars I tried to take to the table is still in my account but something tells me that in a little while it will get ā€œhungā€ in that table and be stuck again and not usable until they manually add it back to my account.

I am scared to even try and play at this point…

Edit: As I suspected the 40 bucks is now in limbo at that table and not available to my account well crap lol…

Edit number 2: After about 10 minutes the money has returned to my account. This is crazy!!!

I lost several tournament buy-ins a couple of weeks ago. I was able to buy in to the tourneys but was never able to be seated. I’ve now sent FIVE emails to support requesting refunds for the buy-ins. I have not received a single response. It’s ridiculous.

@moderators I am down $1,000 yet again trying to enter cash games. The last time this happened it took almost a week to be compensated. How exactly are these issues being addressed? Obviously there is no way to contact customer service, is there anything else to do other than wait indefinitely for my funds to be credited back?

Hey guys watch for your compensation in the coming weeks! Lol! Such a joke. Stupid or liar…

Omaha H/L $5.50 game that started at 3:37pm Pacific. Hoping I can get reimbursed…

I find it odd that they maintain that DDOS attacks can’t have an effect on the payout/results of a game. I reject that claim. DDOS attacks cause disruptions in network communication which is the reason the site fails to load & people get booted off or lag. Given this information, when you’re playing a game here, the results are retrieved from a database on the casino’s server & then sent to the client (player). This kind of activity is an example of communication over a network. If that is disrupted or fragmented, it’s not inconceivable that it could cause inaccuracies.

It’s disappointing that this is happening here 'cause this was my favorite place to play. Was. That is quickly being replaced by another place that I won’t mention by name as Idk if that’s against forum rules. Refunds for deposits during this incident and/or actual compensation should–and hopefully will–be considered. The new ā€œpromotionsā€ of free spins in lieu of deposit bonuses are also a joke. 10 high stakes spins on some of the greediest slots they offer at a points price that would take most people several deposits to even get close to. Yeah, I tried out the 10 $5 spins on Larry. Guess what it paid out? $0 Absolute joke, LOL.
