I was just disconnected while 3 handed in the $10$ $2k GTD tournament. What compensation do i receive for being disconnected and then blinded out with 0% chance to win 1st. just because i am going to receive a prize while being blinded out doesnât mean im being compensated for being disconnected.

Jackpot SnG are still down. This is very annoying for those of us that look to play short tourneys. Also poker in general is taking forever to load properly. I, like everyone else, am wondering what the compensation will be.
As a software engineer, I do understand how a DDOS attack would have these effects when everything is based on network communication. Itâs funny seeing people talk about how âit canât be that because ofâŚâ Itâs also hilarious seeing all of these people talk about how it will affect the odds.
The site is dealing with a bunch of people who invest a bunch of money in gambling, so obviously they want something for free.
All of that said, ignition does need to figure out how theyâre going to deal with an angry client base.

I myself started feeling something was fishy and even started screen recording because of payout getting kicked and a feel that something wasnât quite right. If a company takes peoples money while knowing there is a problem I would say thatâs criminal and I personally wonât spend my money here until I get my money back. We are all sitting on a class action in my opinon. Letâs see whatâs to come after the weekend I worry that my info has been compromising and it could get really dark for ignition/bovada. I was locked out of my bovada account and since I couldnât remember my pin I was screwed out of my $$$âs not to mention you canât get a hold of them. I then figured I would take the loss and play ignition and now wish I would have went somewhere else with my personal information and my hard earned moneys. They gotta do something becase my friends and I are discussing legal avenues which is better then going at it alone. One last thing when you play with bonus you seem to do better than when itâs avatar to withdraw, maybe itâs just me after all Iâm not so happy.

All sites deal with DDoS issues. They have all proactively noticed it, shut down all running tournaments, and paid out all tournaments after late registration ICM money, and refunded buy ins to all people whoâs tournaments are still in late registration.
Ignition and their sister sites havenât evolved to that kind of model, nor do they proactively do anything. This has been an issue for a few years, not recent nor not the miniscule affect that they downplay it as.
Iâve not seen any site OTHER than Ignition and the sister sites, that blindly just let issues go on for over a couple years, and repeatedly just blame it on cache, cookies, and device network lag.
