Site Stability Updates - 2

I agree that the free spins are a total joke. Now tonight, I am again having problems getting any games to load and actually keep playing for more than 3 o4 spins before ERROR pops up. I’ve been playing Ignition since it’s inception and the past couple of weeks have been really frustrating.

if you havent noticed the site has been on and off for hours

No, Stake.

need a refund for a tourney i cant back into to

When you press spin, the result of the game is instantly decided. It doesn’t matter as to when you press “stop” or if you even just let the reels stop on their own. The result would be the same. These aren’t physical slot machines with physical reels.

the site is having major issues. stop playing

doing fairly well in a poker tournament. Made the mistake of checking the lobby to see where I stand and now I can’t get back into the tournament. Your product is horrible

why would anyone play an hours long tournament with these current problems

So DDOS happens and they still want deposits? They won’t tell us what the hell is going on until we ride their ass for so long? A little wild I must say!

Deposited today to play poker, was able to play one game only, Thankfully I was able to withdraw the winnings which was over my deposit, because I couldn’t get poker to load again so I ended up just blowing my remaining money on blackjack instead like a dumbass.

jesus christ, this compensation needs to be ignition-bending-over-backwards-monumental to save it’s customer base and any hopes for a future in the online gaming world. I know you mods are doing the best you can, and you’ve personally helped me when being booted from tournaments and ensuring I’ve been refunded for them, and I know anyone associated with ignition is taking lots of heat, but this is ridiculous. I was just in a tournament, ranked in the top 50, and when finally getting back on being blinded out to #158. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and I just took it on the chin - I know I’m not the only one - so what type of algorithm is going to be used to calculate compensation for us? Is Ignition going to put it on us to fight and say what positions we were in or something like that to come up with appropriate figures? In these situations, I think Ignition should literally look at whatever highest rank in the tournament any player was at a given time, and pay them for that position based on the pay table. Simply refunding a tournament ticket entry isn’t going to cut it and I’m sure most of your client base would echo the same sentiment. The phrase “gotta spend money to make money” is coming to mind, and perhaps the best way to go about this for everyone involved and the future of Ignition is to let yourselves take a huge loss from compensating us, knowing that if you do indeed save your customer base, it will pay it back to Ignition in the long run for time to come.

I dont believe DOS for a second.

i meant to tag you at the end, bc that’s that’s the best advice on here

that what i did. playing on that other site right now.it runs flawlessly. always

I was had a tall stack nearing the end of a MTT Poker Tournament with a decent chance of making some good cash… when suddenly everyone within the tournament began to lag tremendously. 75% of the players would run into their timebanks/or disconnects. This lead to other tables where they weren’t experiencing the same issue leading over our pack and my stack slowly disappearing. Very frustrating! Potentially a grand prize of a 1k which isn’t a big deal but for me I put in several hours into the tournament and I want not just the money but the pleasure of a smooth and fun experience. Now since I’ve had issues with connecting sometimes, and or just not connecting at all. It’s irritating … The tournament experience really tilted me and I left with $30. I’d like to say this kind of thing is something I’ve not yet experienced in playing on Ignition for nearly 6 months but boy it could drive a person mad when your connection means the difference between winning/losing… I imagine a lot of the other players in that tournament feeling they were left in the dust due to being blinded out. As time = elimination. . .

stop playing till its fixed. so simple

It’s really funny the excuses they keep coming up with to push everyone off longer and longer. I wonder what days of the week are most profitable, surely not Fridays, better known as payday for some or Saturdays and Sundays aka days off…Well played Ignition. Just a heads up to anyone wanting to explore other options stay away from planet 7, las atlantis, cool cat and all the sister sites for this dumpster fire. Intertops is now called Every Game Casino and in my opinion they just aren’t worth it. BOL and Sportsbetting are amazing for poker and they also have most of the same slots as they do here. Betus doesn’t have poker but they have tons of slots and live games like Black Jack, as do the other two. If this does get taken down I hope enough people see it and quit playing here. Oh BTW if something like this “attack” did happen at one of the other places you wouldn’t be able to log in for a few hours, you’d promptly be sent an email and reimbursed for any losses plus thrown a bonus of some sort for your hour or two wait to play.
