I would like to see all these sites under attack take accountability, and shutdown until the problem is resolved. Staying open and accepting deposits on a broken and unsecure site is what bothers me the most. It just comes off as such a money grab, and a disregard to their customers. It is very predatory towards those with a gambling addiction.

Where thereās smokeā¦ thereās a dumpster fire! Seriously run far, run fast otherwise you canāt blame anyone but yourself when you get burned. BOL poker is great and I know loyalty is important to some of you but to me itās more a matter of respect and ignition has disrespected all of its customers with this horrible ordeal. They continue to slap each one of us in the face everytime they say Weāll let you know when they know or weāll give you more information on to be determinedā¦ I will not put another dime in the pockets of these people because there are other options. Change is hard when you find some place you really enjoy but itāll be far less of a headache, youāll know for sure youāre money is safe and youāll feel like these other places actually care about their customers. Besides that there are tons of these places and more popping up everyday.

As long as my money is put back after getting stuck, I will continue to try and play. I love ignitionās poker interface. Hopefully this gets lined out. Maybe hire a white hat and let em figure out what and who is attacking the site.
Iām missing $700 from my account. Kept trying to join poker tables that would not load, and each none of the money was returned to my account after closing the tab.
This is getting so ridiculous.

Had the same problem, eventually the money will come back to your account, it just takes a long time. Last night I was down my entire balance for hours, but it was all back this morning.

From the viewpoint of a high roller:
I gamble with a large amount of money. I have won and lost. All casinos are entertainment and some people play for money and some play for fun.
I have experienced issues from website myself. I have had website have problems loading and then it stop loading during games. I use 1 gig internet so clearly nothing else is the problem. That being said when I have been impacted I reached out immediately, reported the problem, had an agent review it and was told they see it and will get back to me when they do compensation.
For some I know maybe you canāt afford to add more funds or maybe the funds you lost you couldnāt afford to lose. Thatās a tough situation either way. That being said make sure that the losses you want to claim are tied to something and thay you reported it immediately. If you didnāt report immediately chances are you arenāt getting anything back and will only clog the line up for those who followed the rules.
I noticed above a woman making issue with casino games and payouts. As someone with some experience in this field I highly doubt your spins were affected unless it kept reloading on you which could be verified by checking your logs with casino reps. But otherwise the games software is almost always third party and their servers. So the likelihood you actually experienced a loss due to ddos attacks without any reloading is just due to how you played and the slots you had been playing and their return.
All Iām saying is make sure you reported your issue when it happened instead of seeing them admitting something happened now and trying to take advantage of the situation because you didnāt do your part.
