no mods here last 2 hours. more bad news i would predict
Another example of this NOT being a DDoS issue. Trying to hit the cashier button from the poker software:
Stop the false narrative trying to reduce the amount of blowback and SHUT THE SITE DOWN AND FIX THE CODE!
I just tried to log onto Igniton but parts of website were in different langages, particularly the Log in / Join buttons and typing in password. I dont know what language it was but was not english. Felt really worrysome typing it in, while the rest of the page was english. Anyone else expierencing this? Should I be concerned?
Well I am getting used to the money getting āstuckā in limbo but I have a new problemā¦
I tried to join a cash game 1 time for a 34 dollar buyin. Well now it has taken 8 buyins out for a total of 272 dollars and shows I tried to buy in 8 times. I only have 52 dollars left in my account now. So I guess it will be put back in later I suppose. I did play a sit and go that ran fine. Then after it was over I noticed all the money gone. Just have to bear with it I guessā¦
Yikes. Sketchy to say the least. Truly hope it works out for you
Donāt be a Jack Ace lmao
I really wa t T shirt that has this printed on it
Is anyone else being overcharged on credit card depositsā¦I deposit $100 and ignition charges $5.90 bank charges $2.89 ā¦I pay $118.37 who is getting the extra and is this acceptable to just charge extraā¦orā¦
when will the cashier be back up ?I have been wanting to deposit for several days
At this point, do the right thing. Shut down and fix it. You see the thread. The losses are outrageous. Just when you think youāre doing alright, it glitches, errors web page unavailable. And if you do get it to work again your money is gone within minutes. Even on the lowest bet. Your loyal customers have stayed through all of this and nothingās been done other than lowering our bonuses and telling us to be patient.
The same for me but as CS agent told meā¦ āitās my internet connectionā it never is on their end!! Lol yeah ok.
yea that happened to me, the money will be returned. You have nothing to worry about. Does anyone know when the site will be safe to play?
Currently Iāve had $3600 of incorrect buy-ins deducted from my account. i am online all day ready to fix this if support can reach out.

Whatās the over-under for the number of players that Ignition has lost over the last 3 weeks? If they ever get the site fixed will it even be worth playing poker here anymore?
Have we not waited long enough? When is the compensation coming? 3 weeks of this is unfathomable. Just give us each like $50 per day since the issues started.
I started playing on acr. Found out they have 1c/2c! And a larger selection of poker games! Iām greatly enjoying it! I still like Ignition for a lot of reasons, and have a feeling I will come back at least to split my time. Anonymous tables and the layout are nice.
I think that Ignition has a problem with site stability compared to ACR, but they have more integrity as a company. I am happy to be an ignition player
I definitely enjoy the anonymous tables and no HUD policy, literally the only reason that I have not switched to ACR during this whole mess. If ACR started offering those features I would be gone in a heartbeat after the BS Ignition has put us through these past few weeks.
Global looks promising but I like 9 max and it looks like Global only has 6 max.
We are now up to $4100. And no response from moderators. I have not seen Ignition comment on any of these topics for hours.
Iām telling you youāll be fine, calm down. Iām not judging you and donāt mean to be a pain but you should remember that any of these unregulated sites can close down at any minute, you really shouldnāt keep thousands of dollars on these sites unless you have a 6 figure bankroll and your buy in is $500+
I might start using a HUD and play on ACR because I want to make more money. But I heard the games are more difficult at ACR because better players want to play there with one. Does anyone have any input? I find Ignition way more fun to play on
