Site Stability Updates - 2

If you think people on ignition don’t use huds your sadly mistaken.

It’s because it goes thru a sketchy chinese processor. Welcome to unregulated gambling.

No such thing as a no hud policy bro. All the top players are running hud’s on ignition.

Yes but at least with the anon tables they have to get their info from the beginning of the game or tourney. They don’t have months of hand history to go by like other sites.

Now that said I am just a lil minnow. I only play .50/1.00 at most. I take 50 - 100 bucks to a table if I double it I move on. Has worked pretty well for me so far. I am no pro by any means. I just play my cards and try to make the best decisions I can in each hand.

um, huh? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

how are they going to use a HUD when the tables are anonymous? Having stats on how they have been playing since they joined the table isn’t the same thing. The sample size obviously isn’t large enough for them to be accurate. If you are going to use them within context, then it’s still the same as just paying attention. Even though it does help you having actual numbers to your observations, it’s not in the same league having a HUD based on an opponent’s entire hand history.

TLDR: that’s a really stupid comment

First you say it doesn’t help you then you make a case that it may be helpful tldr that’s a really stupid comment.

Your initial comment was that there is a no hud policy, simply not true. Also I can guarantee you that high stakes 70% use huds.

To what extent you find them useful is your opinion and just that.

No argument with that, but at least the anonymous tables prevent people from having a large sample size of the hands I’ve played. This is the one and only reason I still play here. If I am mistaken about something and there’s no reason I shouldn’t just be playing at ACR please let me know.

Whole site crashed while I was in 2 jackpot sit and go’s and I lost both and I couldn’t even get to the forum to report the issue… I have screenshots of the error… “429 Too Many Requests”… wtf is going on… there’s supposed to be a compensation update “after the weekend” but huge issues are clearly still going on so do we abandon the thought of that update ever coming??

both lol

hard to say if it’s been worth being one of the players that stayed… so I wouldn’t get your hopes up it’s worth it after lmao

Where the f is the compensation? It’s not that fing hard!

I had to sensor my post because ignition can detect curse words but not ddos attacks. Makes sense eh?

LOLLLL, and also I agree…not too hard to have rolling compensation for players during these huge issues… at least for people in this forum/ regulars… straight up disrespectful at this point…

I’ve been with ignition for many years , and am very disappointed with their lack of communication and compensation regarding all these issues why can’t they value there customer base more. I know that if this was my business I would make my customers feel appreciated by offering some free play or tournament tickets to make things right . What are they doing seriously . There are other online casinos we can play at and I’m about to . Just disgusted honestly

There’s no “compensation update”. If you read between the lines, they will audit who was affected most, and compensate them appropriately. Which could be a $10 voucher, it could be nothing but making sure they lost nothing except what they lost due to technical difficulties.

There’s no guarantee of everyone receiving compensation. And the compensation was ONLY to be issued after all the problems are fixed. If there are still flags on the main page, you’re wasting your breath asking about compensation.

Like I get getting attacked and trying to stay above water, But there’s no compensation for the players. I withdrawal my entire account after it kept getting cycled into Cash games I wasn’t playing. Now I’m afraid to open a Cash game so I must play them on other sites even though I like ignitions withdrawal times better. Until compensation I won’t be back. I don’t trust them enough with our money after this whole cash game fiasco

yeah  totally agree…

If you read between the lines though, mods or customer support will act like you’re speaking an alien language… “no no, we respect you, just sit tight while we let time pass so we can mitigate how much we owe you”
Feels like when my parents would tell me I HAVE to go to sleep for Santa to come…

It’s pretty obvious that ddos is an excuse. They literally had a shit code and blaming “hackers”.

Hackers that are profiting absolutely $0. Ddos is just sending a bunch of pings at a server so it’s not like they were trying to profit while we were losing money playing on this shit site.

I really don’t believe them. They are a crooked ass company out of South America AKA Eastern Europe.
