Is this happening when you spin or after the spin is complete? Just trying to figure out if it’s in the middle of spins and disconnecting you, or happening after the spin or before you can even join the game?

You can delete my other response, but it doesn’t change the fact the games glitch all the time, for months. I’ve had multiple spins that I’ve wondered why there were no payouts for the payline shown. And as I stated before, this site is the only group of sites that have the same games that have graphical glitches that show winning paylines but are “stuck reels”.
Has nothing to do with cache… I have multiple devices I play on. Android devices, android devices with Samsung Dex, Windows devices… The website’s coding has issues. Casino… Poker… all of it.
This site cannot seriously expect paying customers to record every session. A majority of customers don’t even know what they’re looking at, aren’t tech savvy enough to deal with these issues or provide proof or information, and probably don’t even realize the payline didn’t even pay.
I wouldn’t trust this website more than .20 bet. Takes my money every spin with error message, resets except doesn’t reset wager
It’s happening to me as well only on certain games. On mobile it’s after two or three spins and desktop it’s the very first spin. The message pops up without every showing a spin played but the wager will be taken from my balance ( on bounty hunter) . For everyone else you can still hit a win , I hit a bonus on the first spin on bounty hunter but was disconnected immediately once the bonus was done ( on mobile) . Desktop won’t even let you get one spin in
We have escalated this and our technicians are looking into this and will keep us informed once more details are ready.
Having same issue using blood lines. Issue is its saying your account hasnt been charged but it is charging without being able to see reel.

Also, just a heads up - none of the bets placed on the malfunctioning software added anything to ignition points - those need to be individually recalculated and added to my account. And I assume everyone else. This is getting ridiculous. Also love how as the first person to point this out to ignition that it was suggested that it was a problem on “my end” and I explicitly stated to just give it some time before the affected players came rolling in.

I’ve actually done a quick review this morning and your reward points seem fine, they follow along with any completed transactions and spins.
Just an example - sometimes this is happening. Other times can get a few spins in and then the same issue issue error from before pops up. Occasionally getting the error on re-logging in as others have described on another forum post. So basically, yet again igntition is having the rampant errors in gameplay that have become consistent with the site for months on end.
To tie in with the above post . When the malfunction occurs the spin never happens but your balance is charged for it. Are players going to be reimbursed for those charges that never resulted in a spin played?
The spins are played players just aren’t seeing the result. On our end there are clear spins and results that have happened. Winning spins will still lead to the player being paid out that we’ve seen. Essentially it is the visual aspect that is disconnecting. Obviously we do apologize as this is a lack of entertainment value, but it is calculating the spin on our end in the system.
So out of ten or so disconnections every single one won nothing. What a weird coincidence , has anybody else experienced this?
This is so freaking ridiculous the amount of times you have to reload a game to play it and not just one all of the regular slots I play the other one I play cause I use the penny bet and no issues at all with that one just the ones I cash out on the most kind of weird to me
