BTW the proof that a player is disconnected lies in the timing of the fold, not in the folds themselves. It’s very obvious to distinguish a disconnected player fold by the 6 seconds that it takes each and every time a player folds due to disconnect. It should not have been debatable here.
You guys really gota stop hiding behind the made up excuse that it’s somehow a user problem. I like so many others have the same problem on android devices in Jackpot sng. Just like others have posted, yet getting the response to clear cache and cookies suggests it’s on our end, when it’s not, and is super irritating to hear.
The problem is simple if a player folds in the same time increment over and over they were dc… refund those players and move on, you’re debating over nickels and dimes when your bosses are stacking Benjis to many skyscrapers.

Again to clarify here, we do have access to the backend and can see clearly when there are disconnections or if players are in hands. We can clearly see when this is the case.

Lastly, again the player was compensated for the tournaments where we saw clear disconnections. This wasn’t a generic connection or issue where we simply stated this was on their end. The issue here was more that there simply weren’t disconnections shown. In fact, one was clearly not so and a false representation as we do see the hands being played.
A thought for all to ponder. You have a lot of options with this forum. You can track, monitor, and mute threads. You can like and share posts. If Ignition put the same effort to fix these lags/disconnects as they did this forum, they would be solved. The effort needs to be focused on the issue. I don’t really see any progress. This a bad sign for any company
Live Roulette has frozen on me nearly everytime i play here. Works good for short time, and gets slow and then freezes up- i try to re bet or place new bets but i can’t- its frozen yet spins keep happening and i see new number hitting but my screen is froze solid, outside of seeing the new winning number pop up. Drives me CRAZY.
Does not happen on any other sites. I clear cookies etc before every session esp since its happened like 3-4 deposits in a row now. Its maddening. And has cost me so much money in the process its not even funny. I wish i had videos bc it always seems to freeze and make me miss 3-4 winners while its resetting like evertime. And first number back i lose. I know that latter part is random, but when it happens over and over and over this way- it hurts.

If you experience this in the future, kindly stop playing and take screenshots/videos and send it to us via PM. Please also provide details such as the time, date, the risk amount and the closing balance you had while playing. Once we have this info at hand, we will be able to escalate the issue further.
I have always had issues playing more than one sit n go jackpot tables at once. I’ve never been able to play two tables at once since I opened up my account. That goes for bovada and ignition. It will simply freeze and I’ll have to shut down the browser completely. Upon reopening I’d have to sign back in and the tournament would either be completed by then or my hands were autofolded so my chances of winning have been crippled as well as the size of my stack. To make it worse it was lowered from the original 500 starting chips to 300. And with the 300 chips any lag+disconnect most certainly = loss of buy-in for that tournament guaranteed.
Even after clearing cache this happens like clock work. So my resolution has been to only play one table at a time and I will still from time to time have the lag+disconnects. Incognito mode used to help but not as much anymore.
Just my experience.
