Hello - I was playing a few tournaments during the outage on the 8th as detailed on this thread Poker and Slots Server Down?. In the middle of them, I was disconnected and could not get back into the client before blinding out in all of them. I would like to receive a refund on those buyins. I brought this issue to the support team twice, but my concerns were completely ignored (there were no records of “disconnections”) despite the site being confirmed to be down during this time. The three tournament numbers were 66956623, 63156684, and 67654879. Thank you.
