I tried to get ahold of someone via chat and I was eventually given a response that they were unable to help me and to use the forum for help. Looking at some of the earlier forum comments I have seen that the moderator was able to help them in pm. If you can help me I’d really appreciate it because I am unable to connect to someone via chat. I have tried to many times with no success. Am I able to do this any other way? Email? Phone call?

I need to update my phone and address. But, updating sends a text to my old phone for confirmation with no way around it. Please help. Be easier to send to email but no option for it.

I just won big on bonanza and am trying to withdrawal my winnings, but it looks like the number for my account was messed up somehow when I entered it. Its especially weird because it is showing the last four digits of the phone number, but those numbers are the first four numbers of my phone number, so I don’t know if I accidentally autofilled the phone number twice or something. Either way, its sending the verification code to not my actual phone number.
Does anyone know a help number I can call ignition with? I tried emailing them, but they said ask the live chat which I already tried.

Hey everyone that’s having trouble updating your phone number, always, always, always update your number as soon as it changes and make sure you do it BEFORE you win anything. I have a theory that they only make it difficult to change your phone number because you have won money and need to make a withdrawal and they are just trying another method to cheat you out of your money and keep it for themselves. . When I got a new number , after having read everyone’s comments and posts about what a nightmare it was to try and get theirs changed, I was expecting a fight with them as usual when trying to get anything done. I was very worried I would win and not be able to withdraw so I decide to change mine before I even made a deposit. and it was a piece of cake. Had absolutely zero problems and I am about 99% certain it was only easy because there was no money in my account that their greedy a$$es wanted to swindle me out of. So that’s my 2cents mm I’ on the matter.

As far as I’m aware that’s an easy process unless it deviates from security measures.
