@moderators Once again, the same logging and lagging issues since 10 days. Please fix your website/entreprise asap, and provide compensation (poker ticket, Ignition points, or free spins) to your customers. Thank you in advance

Are we receiving refunds for the tournaments that are running and we are being disconnected from and not allowed to log back in for?

I’ve been getting kicked off tables all day. The past hour I haven’t been able to log in, I just get a black screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled client twice and restarted PC.

After getting logged back in and checking on my tournament I blinded out of while trying to log back in. So I loaded a few random tables and was surprised to see as much as half the table connected and playing!
I’d love to know how they got reconnected before I did when I was trying constantly during the entire outage.
still not working right? I either A) can’t get in the lobby and it times out, or B) when entering a cash table it gets to 99% and stalls
