I am trying to get my balance resolved. Due to last night’s cash game issue, i am currently out $1300-$1400 in not returned buy-ins. What is the best way to get this addressed? Shoukld i start a new topic, PM a moderator, email the Ignition service team? My bankroll on the site is at $0 as i wait for this to get fixed.
Going on 24 hours now and my balance is still not returned to full.

I have submitted my buy-in and cash-out data with Service@ignition.eu. My account is owed $1400 and I would like to know the fastest way for me to get this taken care of. I can share the data with whomever is Moderating the forum, or my Customer Success account manager.
