I ended up playing a few hands on Zone poker and then gave up ( I was up a few bucks). I Tried using both client and browser - both failed to open a single poker table.
This morning logged into my account and it’s showing around $140 loss at poker somehow from last night?

@balbirchahal we can assure you that your funds are safe and our Support team are working on crediting back any missing funds accordingly. There are lots of transactions so it is just taking alittle longer then expected
Yesterday I could not open a table despite trying multiple times. The tables kept getting stuck at 99% and then nothing.
Today my balance is down $140 ??
There is no transfer out or poker hand history (as expected). So where has this money gone?
I am having the exact same issue, missing $45. After table wouldn’t load past %99.
as of this morning my funds have vanished from my account, transactions listed on my account dashboard are not correct . i have tried to explain to you several times and am being ignored , i’ve only been playing on Ignition for over 20 years as a definite loser, i’ve never seen anything like this so to hell with Ignition

hopefully it was a technical screw up and it will be sorted out soon. If was the case of an unregulated site stealing - surely they would have gone for the entire account lol.

Same issue. $800 now taken from my account after trying to buy in at $1/$2 last night, but tables were stuck at 99%.
i need help getting the missing money from my account back… i tried explaining this via live chat and she basically called me a liar and didnt help me. i dont know how the heck she literally had no clue what i was talking about when almost everyone is having the same issue…
I have the same issue. I tried to get into cash games yesterday multiple times. I got loading screen stuck at 99%. All my buy-ins are missing from my account. I am missing around $108

Hi Ignition,
It appears that there was some kind of outage at around 11:55-12:00 today. It caused me to blind out of one tournament and almost lose my stack in another. Was anyone else affected by this?
