Got an email this morning stating that the issue has been resolved, but I’m still missing $200 from my account from 7 am this morning when I wasn’t even logged into my account. Can I get some help?
Hi there, $1500 was missing from my account in form of 15 buy ins of 100$ each in the cash game 0.5/1 tables. I just checked my account and at some point of the night the money went back to the account but then around 2am another 2 buy ins of 100$ each was made and I’m now missing this 200$ again. All these buy ins weren’t made me.
Our Support team are still working with our Poker team regarding the buy ins that weren’t returned. Rest assured that your funds are safe and we will be making the appropriate corrections

Last night i played a 16.50 buy in TOURNEMANT finished #91 for $54.00 was posted in my account then few hours later my balance was 0 then was 10.00 then was 2 now it’s .65 without me having played . I called you and you said you couldn’t see the problem and were looking into it, this is very strange! I’ve been playing on this site for many many years never seen anything like this … something is wrong please let me know… thanks
We are aware of some buy ins not executing the full cashout. Our team are working on it
After i finished playing the tournemant last night, $54 i made showed up in my balance then after a while it vanished, very strange stuff ! and nobody responds to email or none responding chat SMFH
Well due to the technical issues; we’ve seen a very high volume in contacts which has caused delays in responses through email and chat
All the money in my account has vanished too and transactions stated in my account dashboard makes no sense whatsoever smh
This was due to a delay in the transactions page. So some buy ins you did hours before only reflected afterwards when you may have even been offline.
But our support team are going through every transaction and all funds owed should be returned in the coming hours.
can you please give us some kind of time frame as to when poker will be up and running fully? this is ridiculous. this problem has been going on for almost 24 hours on the weekend and no one has said when they think this will be resolved
even if it is a guess as to when. something would be greatly appreciated.

when i logged onto site to and click play poker at the top of the screen it says “cash games tournaments and jackpot games are currently experiencing issues. we are working hard to resolve the issue, and thank you for your understand.”
and when i click play now it just acts like its constantly trying to load the page and never does.
Is this through the browser or downloaded client?
