Whats the difference between cash and deposit bonuses?

Thanks for the reply :smiley: but I guess we need a FAQ for dummies like me because is complicated but the miles are clearly explained on the link you included in your post; this is a lot more clear…

Game Wager Amount Ignition Miles per dollar wagered
Slot Games $1 5
Video Poker $1 1
Table Games $1 1
Specialty Games $1 15

In reference to the $300 free bonus the rollover requirements is pretty high since to meet $10,000 or higher wager requirement will mean I will have to either use the bonus to reach a higher balance and then forfeit the bonus or I will loose it all like I have already; I only have $4 bucks trying to meet a $100 bonus. So if I see a 35x casino requirement and I play a total of $35 dollars in poker will I meet the 35x requirement?

Your explanation is a lot more clear than the link on the FAQ but there’s still loop holes or Im just dumb;

Hi @EMELO_123,

I moved this post, as this question deserves its own topic

For Cash Bonuses, like the $300 Free Bonus you received, there is normally a higher rollover because you do not have to risk your own funds to meet it. If you lose the bonus, the rollover is no longer active and has no effect on your other balances.

The chart below can be found in the Bonus System FAQ’s and shows the order of funds when you take advantage of a Cash Bonus compared to a Reload or Match Bonus:

Say for example you have a withdrawable balance of $200 and then get a $300 Cash Bonus with a 35x rollover in the Casino. That rollover only applies to the bonus and any winnings generated from it. Also, because it is a Cash Bonus, it will be the first balance that is used; if you lose the $300 bonus the rollover is no longer active and you still have your $200 balance.

Poker requirements are different than Casino requirements and are usually outlined in the terms of the Bonus. For the $300 Free Bonus you would have had to have earned 900 Ignition Miles in Poker to meet rollover, and they are earned based on the following:

Which for poker, cash games and/or tournament, total rake would be $60. The amount I play, not so hard. Maybe higher limits?

@William Glad you moved this topic which covers some better details beyond the FAQ thanks for the elaboration but base on your explanation below there’s still a challenge to meet the requirement…

YOUR EXPLANATION:
Say for example you have a withdrawable balance of $200 and then get a $300 Cash Bonus with a 35x rollover in the Casino. That rollover only applies to the bonus and any winnings generated from it. Also, because it is a Cash Bonus, it will be the first balance that is used; if you lose the $300 bonus the rollover is no longer active and you still have your $200 balance.

MY ANSWER:
This is understandable and clear but like a mention before sometimes meeting the high wager of $10,000 is difficult to just get $300 back. Ignition should review the wagering base on tiers and lower it if possible.

Now this shed some light on my confusion of poker requirements and should be updated in the FAQ to include your details explanation for lamers like me :smiley: You did a great job. Now I know how to reach the poker points requirements but THE SUPPORT STAFF SAID THAT THERE WAS NO MORE POKER POINTS; is this true??

image

I agree @FutureInsights after @William detail post I agree on your recommendation but see my reply below the support staff say there’s no more poker points???

While there are no ‘Poker Points’ anymore @EMELO_123 you now earn Ignition Miles based on your Poker play, and you can redeem them for Tournament Tickets like you were able to with Poker Points (click ‘Account’ then ‘My Bonuses’ and ‘Offers’):

image

Also, if you meet the rollover of your Cash Bonus, you can cash out any winnings you’ve generated from the bonus, which will hopefully be more than the original $300

Waoooo!! this needs to be updated on the FAQ I just reviewed the section and complements what we discuss earlier about meeting this wager requirements.

bonus

I also see a bonus offer that I need to meet on my referral account:

@FutureInsights I have to meet the 900 poker points but I will be using the table for the ingnition miles will that meet the requirement? @William and the staff said they are no poker points how will the ignition miles help me meet the wager requirements?

image

@FutureInsights Impossible to meet this wager requirements unless you have a big stack !! I play two $50 dollar tournaments and got only 1% of the requirement met. I guess I need to be rich to meet this wager requirements. I’ll keep trying until i use the bonus funds than forfeit it if I don’t make it. This using one of my referral accounts and I try explaining what I learn here but this are the facts @William

impossible

Now we had $3400 in our balance use the bonus to try to meet it!! FAILED now we are at $2700. Now we got some bonus fund with a more realistic wager requirement lets see if we make up the losses. This is the realistic wager requirement to $8.29 in casino to get $0.83 bonus reward no need to give explanations about the algorithm since is what Ignigtion is a gambling site we just contribute to make it better but the HOUSE ALWAYS WIN.

Hi @EMELO_123,

Unfortunately, I gave incorrect information as the ‘points in Poker’ should not be there in the playthrough progress bubble. The correct rollover for Poker is 15 Ignition Miles for every bonus dollar as mentioned in your screenshot here:

We are going to have that updated as soon as possible. In the meantime, please have your referral send an email to moderator@ignitioncasino.eu and we’ll make it right for them.

Waiting on the update I got some bonus on my referrals but the bubble still shows poker points ;-( :upside_down_face: I send the email to the moderator I think I need to send it somewhere else.

Hi @EMELO_123,

I can confirm that one of your referrals emailed us but not the other, please ask that they contact us at moderator@ignitioncasino.eu and we will look into their inquiry.

I regard to Poker Points still being displayed in the bubble, I don’t have an ETA yet, but it will be updated as soon as possible.

ok I will talk to my other referral I send the second referral email by forwarding the email from my first referral to moderator; also to support.

Wao I still don’t see no updates on this ;-(
