I just wanted to write that at least 2 players wrote on other forum (don’t want to write it here) that requested withdrawals on 5 and 6 apr. and already received it in 20-24h each. That’s why I asked about what queue you wrote, if my withdrawal from 5 of apr is still not approved in 54h…
Can you check my withdrawal one more time and write me aprox. time frame when I’ll rec. it.

@brandon77231, we don’t see any issues with this withdrawal, but we have fallen outside our normal timeframe and we apologize.
Note, while our timeframe is 24-48 hours, this is approximate and can vary due to volume. Your withdrawal should be approved soon, however, it is just a matter of time at this point.

As with the previous withdrawal we don’t currently see any issues on our end other than it’s awaiting approval.
We do apologize for falling outside of our approximate timeframe but this withdrawal should be processed shortly.
Moderator, What should I do?? I made a withdrawal request on 4/25 by direct wire transfer & last night 4/26, I got email saying request DENIED. Been trying emails all day, discovered this forum a bit ago. Now in cashier I see the wire transfer option is GONE. I had trouble with a bitcoin withdrawal cause I’m a dinosaur.

My bitcoin request was approved in less than 24 hours…but when I went from blockchain to coinbase my 8200 became 7550. It was my 1st bitcoin withdrawal, previous were by check. Could Mod explain what happened to $650? I also paid a fee to coinbase to send to my bank of about $115. Wound up with $7435 out of $8200. WHY??? Thanks Mod.
