Hello,

This is not a complaint at all just curious regarding the bitcoin withdrawals. The past withdrawals, for small amounts, took approximately 20 hours with one being processed in as little as an hour. However, I had my first significant win which I am super stoked about and when I submitted my withdrawal request it said it would be reviewed in 23 hours like the rest but this one is almost 48 hour mark. We know how quickly bitcoin is processed so I’m just curious if larger amounts are held on purpose or delayed on purpose and if there is a reason why. I assume the standard 24 hour is because most will reduce their payout and gamble such as I did before :grin: but I can’t think of any reason for the withdraw time to double. Is there a reason or procedure based on the amount that decides the time frame to process withdrawals?
Again not complaining just very excited and curious. :grinning: :dollar::heavy_dollar_sign::money_mouth_face:

The amount of the withdrawal doesn’t play a part unless it’s over the maximum amount as the withdrawal would be split into different requests which isn’t the case here. I’ll take a look into this now.
