few months ago withdrawal - docs verification… after sent all docs few withdrawals was in an hour… now when btc is down, have to wait days before get the money… nobody care… It’s good that the deposits are in a few seconds)

Same issue here. Could you please review and send the withdrawals, at least “within 23 hours” as it is indicated when we request one (I have screenshot and recordings if needed)? Ltc et btc used to be proceed within the hour, but since two weeks, it seems it takes 48 hours more or even more, which mean you are no longer within the 24-48 hours timeframe announced. FYI, to all customers, if such issue arises again to you, I suggest you to both contact them by email et to speak to a manager in the tchat, as they will/should issue you a compensation for that (I personally had a poker ticket after more than one hour of back and forth in the chat).

What I am saying is that now and since two weeks, it takes more than 24-48 hours to review/proceed the withdrawal, while I have been used to be done within one hour. Could you please make the process quicker, like it used to be for your customers? Thank you

Please look at other comments above that seem to share my viewpoint, and based on personal/real experience data, I do confirm that since, two weeks, it takes systematically take more than 24-48 hours when it used to be around one hour to review the withdrawal. So could you please fix that issue/unpleasant experience for your customers. Thank you so much
