This withdrawal is awaiting review from an internal department, once they have cleared it then it will get sent out.
I cannot give you specific details unfortunately, but it’s likely a random check that they carry out from time to time.
when I requested a withdrawal , about a month ago, I waited 2 days, then I received a request to verify documents. sent all the docks and only then my withdr. was approved. Now I’m waiting for about 60 hours, you write about some kind “review from an internal department… it’s likely a random check that they carry out from time to time”… seems that’s not time to time… that’s will happen every time?
It is not something that generally happens every time.

Withdrawal requests should only take 48 hours if they are awaiting on an internal review.
…when we request withdrawal it is indicated “within 23 hours” looks like ignition change timeframe of withdrawal and it takes systematically more than 24-48 hours i’m waiting about 50h too…

Hello, I’ve normally been having my requests processed around exactly the 20 hrs mark. My last withdrawal hasn’t been released for almost 22 hrs and I"m starting to get concerned. Could someone look into this for me?
