@Bigbone913 Sam is out so Iām taking over for the moment, I do see that he already looked into this today, but it usually takes approximately 24-48 hours for us to receive any response from the withdrawal team. That being said your withdrawal is in queue, and may be processed before that timeframe.
@swcrunsogood11 Iām going to look into your withdrawal and PM you with details when I have an update as well.

Requested a Bitcoin withdrawal nearly 48 hours ago and itās still pending. Reference number dr3woogn3. These Bitcoin withdrawals used to take 8-10 hours to be processed, but seem to be taking longer each time. Iāve tried contacting withdrawals and customer service numerous times and have yet to receive a single reply. This is unacceptable and makes me want to spend the 6-10 hours per day playing and paying rake on another site.

You recent withdrawal request has been approved; however, review times do take approximately 24-48 hours based on the volume of requests.
Iāve requested another withdrawal approximately 15 hours ago, reference number psfrsjsi4. Is there any chance this could be processed closer to the 24 hour mark (or less) instead of right at the 48 hour mark like the last 3-4 withdrawals have? I just donāt understand why theyāre taking so long as of late. These Bitcoin withdrawals used to routinely be processed in 6-10 hours for me. I mean, whatās there to review anyhow? These are funds held and controlled by Ignition, and Iām a verified customer of many years who has cashed out many times.

Withdrawal Requested - Bitcoin. Is that normal that on ignition withdrawals via bitcoin are under review more than 4-5 days? in my opinion itās terribleā¦
Hey @KingofClubs, our withdrawals team is working on a first come, first served basis and review withdrawal requests in the order they are received.
The review process involves a number of security checks, verification where applicable and other AML measures from our Withdrawals team and the approximate timeframe for all requests is always 24-48 hours.

Iām sorry, Iām just not buying what youāre telling me. Thereās no way that these withdrawals used to take 6-10 hours just a few months ago and now thereās so much more volume that theyāre taking right at the full 48 hours every single time. It almost seems as if Iām being āpunishedā now for continually writing to withdrawals and this forum to complain as Iāve not had a withdrawal take less than the full 48 hours since doing so, when they never, ever used to take even more than 24 hours. So infuriating waiting for 48 hours knowing the āreviewā process should be something thatās done instantaneously by computers.

Figured as much. Going on 36 hours and Iām sure Iāll end up having to wait the full 48. Why say they may be completed within 24 hours when they never are?

You recent request has been approved. I understand its frustrating waiting for a withdrawal which is why we indicate the 24-28 hour timeframe is an approximate. This is in order to avoid any false expectation.
As youāve mentioned, withdrawals have taken below 24 hours in the past and now more recently theyāve been taking us closer to the 48 hour timeframe based on volume. The time will vary.
Thanks for commenting, but my withdrawal (psfrsjsi4) still says pending. Perhaps itās been approved on your end and will show as processed on my end shortly? Thanks.
