My most recent withdrawl request was 12/3 and I am still waiting. I have cancelled and re requested twice now after waiting 5+ days each time. They keep telling me there has been a high volume of requests. Having the same issue with cafe casino, bovada and slots. Growing very concerned.

I’m sorry to hear of any delays regarding your withdrawal. Since we do process withdrawals in the order received, cancelling and re-requesting a withdrawal would inadvertently put your request at the bottom of the queue again.

I requested withdrawal 12/1/19 (7 days ago) and it still is not processed… and KingofClubs wrote on this forum that he requested 12/2/19 and Matt answered yesterday that his recent request has been approved. So where’s the truth in what you write…

The delays seems to be getting worse instead of better. You would expect delays to lessen over a few days, but clearly you are severely understaffed. I too have been waiting over 5 days for a Bitcoin withdrawal.
It took 7 days for a simple customer service email response for a previous issue I had. I’d like to ask, in what industry is a 7 day customer service response acceptable? From a customer perspective, it seems your company needs to hire more staff or find a new casino manager. I apologize if this sounds harsh, but it is true.

No answers at all aside from the generic we don’t have an answer you see here. I get the same when I call or chat. It’s happening across all of their (4) sites I play on all of a sudden. Very disappointing, and concerning. I typically receive withdrawals right at the 48 or 72 hour mark depending on the site, and have had no issues until now.
I wonder if it is hit or miss? Maybe we should start a thread to see recent withdraws and the time frame each of them took? It would be a good thread to keep going, as when we cash out we could see how long the line has been running for processing.
Not a bad idea, but I have certainly seen others question and then receive their withdrawals since I requested mine. I have never had any issues in my 2 years playing, which was refreshing. Hopefully just a hiccup and we can all move on. Honestly I mostly just miss playing more than I need the money. Fingers crossed it is resolved soon, just concerning to be having the same issue with 4 affiliated casino sites.
Keith, how are you able to play on all 4 of their sites? Their different sites have different location restrictions, so I’m not sure how that is possible.
Could one of the mods look into my most recent withdrawal, reference number y45xcrzye? I’m at about hour 41 since requested and it’s still pending. It sure would be nice to have a withdrawal take closer to the 24 hour mark as opposed to the full 48 hours every single time as of late. If someone could help push this thru ASAP I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
I often try to make withdrawals and they’ve always taken 4-6 days and by then, I spend it. Ridiculous.
