I’m tired of back and forth with customer service and with moderators whose statements don’t match each other even though they should as both should be fed the same information from the top.
I’m just going to leave it there.

You were advised by the team here of the situation, I’m sorry if you think we are lying to you, but I can assure you that is simply not the case.
I definitely don’t think the moderators are lying to us but maybe the payment team is lying to the moderators? If moderators are relaying information that “its been confirmed the transactions will be dropped after 14 days” and then she’s posting screenshots showing in fact it has not been dropped then yes I would think it’s fair to say the payment team is lying.
Also, I know my funds won’t be lost. Im not worried about that. But I’m worried about not having access to my funds for several more weeks or months. That’s not an acceptable delay!
Just check on his transaction and his 336 hour mark just passed 10 min ago and was also not dropped by the network. So I’m assuming this will be the case for mine as well 
.
Here’s a solution. Someone in the payment team needs to resolve this. You can’t seriously think it’s ok to make us wait several more weeks or months for our money, right?
I’m not sure this is something we would be able to do, I don’t think it’s quite as simple as that I’m afraid.
Well the payment team definitely needs to do something. To simply say “it’s out of our hands” is basically just saying “sorry not our problem”.
When it was in their hands they created this problem so they need to come up with a solution. Just sitting around and waiting weeks/months for a transaction to be dropped from the network isn’t a solution.

Yeah this is BS. They just keep blaming it on the network congestion. Pretty much anything but admit they screwed up and won’t do anything to resolve it. “It’s out of our hands” ……so basically Sorry not our problem.
Yes the network has been very congested but it was already congested. People requesting bitcoin withdrawals here in the last 2 weeks and already having them confirmed proves it’s not the network. It was the way they were sent out with extremely low transaction fees. I would have gladly paid the extra $1 to have had my withdrawal 15 days ago.
At the time mine was sent the recommended fee was 19 s/b. Mine was sent with 11. It did come close and drop as low as 14 s/b about 10 days ago but the recommended fee for the last 5 days hasn’t gone below 19. It’s really been ranging from 22-35.
When it was sent out I was 42k/225k. I’m current 80K/160K. There are currently 24K transactions in the mempool that have been stuck for 4-6 weeks with similar fees to mine. So yeah realistically I won’t be seeing this money until end of October/early November.
