You wanted to know what happens after 14 days of waiting, right?

Well, this is the response from Maria R. in customer service.

“Periolady I was checking your account, especially your withdrawal, and at the moment this withdrawal is still pending in the network I would love to help you out further on this regard but the best we can do is to overview and provide information we can see on your profile. In this case the best solution is for you to wait for the funds to be processed from our end. Once fully processed you will be notified.”

Now comes my outrage that it’s been 14 days and 2 hours. I have 3 other transaction pending that are a little younger, only 13 days and 16h.

So you’re officially passed your 14 day mark like the exact 14 day mark?

Well, that’s pretty disappointing because I was literally just told five minutes ago that ignition had confirmation given to them yesterday that these transactions would be dropped after 14 days so now I’m starting to get the feeling that I’m just being lied to to go away or to shut up I don’t know, but I am so unbelievably frustrated with the ignition right now

Wth what is going on with withdrawal? It never takes this long?! Im kind of concerned.

I did it at 5am. But it never takes this long!

No they still havent even sent it.

Yeah that is odd. Well hopefully they process it soon. It’s pretty much always less than an hour to process and send to blockchain. Although this time they decided to send it with some BS transaction fee and it’s been pending on the blockchain for 12.5 days.

What?! Thats crazy. Yeah it is usually done in an hour.

We have just requested any update from the payment team, who has advised they are awaiting conformation regarding the issues. We will provide any additional information as we receive it.

Yeap, we are being lied to. Customer service found MY problem. Transactions are just not being confirmed. No s… Jack! Referring to my concerns as MY problem and not acknowledging that they screwed up by sending our money with insufficient fees tells me that they will do nothing to help us. I’m pretty sure we will not see our money and they don’t care.

When it comes to the moderators, looks like they get the same respect from the casino as we do. Telling them that the transaction will get dropped after 14 days so they can tell us this lie. Not cool.

I’m afraid this is incorrect.
I have already spoken to the agent you spoke with to bring him up to speed with the situation.
But the transactions were sent just as congestion started on the blockchain, any transaction sent with a lower fee was “pushed to the back” so to speak,
As soon as the congestion issue was recognized, all fees were increased to stop any further issues.
It was not possible to increase the fees on the transactions that were already sent.

Not sure what’s incorrect about my statement Davy. Did you read what Nicolas wrote? I’m past 14 days mark and still no “drop”

Firstly we are not lying to you.
We have provided information directly from the payments team as we have received it.
If we receive any further updates we will post the information we receive.
Despite the delays, all funds will be received, no funds will be lost here.
