I was playing slots back on oct 23 and I was playing 10 times Vegas for .30 a spin. I hit x5. Bar. X10 which paid 40$. Then the respin happened on reel 2 which came out to x5. X5 x10. All Wild on this same pay line. It only paid an additional 4$. I was shocked. Started a chat within one or two minutes. They said we will start a case and get Bach to you. Then after waiting five days they sent a message saying it was reviewed and I lost. But I have in my history that it paid 44$ total at the exact time. Then they told me on chat after two hours of the run around that it was paid but wouldn’t tell me what it was paid for. Will not acknowledge that it was three wilds on the Payline or that I win at all depending on who I talk to. I have screenshots of the messages and emails that are totally contradictory. Now when I contact them through email they only say that it has been resolved. I’d be happy to show my screenshots for some clarification. This has been a huge pain and I’m very unsatified with the casinos response. Does anybody know what a .30 spin on 10 times Vegas would pay if you hit x5 x5 x10? I know it’s more that 4$. Thanks I want to get to the bottom of this and help anyone else dealing with similar problems.

Even tho I share the screenshots the casino can’t seem to find the spin in question I even asked for a detail playlog for the 23rd and it starts 3 hours after this spin. I chatted with the supervisor for two hours about one spin and his log didn’t even cover that spin. What a joke.

This is paid correctly. The wilds only multiply a different symbol, as was the case with the BAR.
So you had 10x 10 cents ($1) x20 for the bar ($20) then x2 for the other wild =$40
The 2nd spin there was, in effect no logo to multiply with so you won 10x 10cents ($1) x2 ($2) x2 ($4)

If the wild were all the same it would be a lot more 100, 500 or 5000 depending on which.
But sadly as they were not in your case, they just multiply the stake.

Appears there may have been an issue with this game and is being worked on by another site to confirm if there was one or not.
Key here is may have, not saying 100% there was one. Don’t flood the board with pay me I got robbed posts.
I actually had the exact same issue on bovada. It is completely obsurd how any wild x could be less than any symbol. The wild should substitute for the highest paying symbol. Isnt that what wilds do in every game? Guess not, as I would find out the hard way as well.

@Doublegboxeo The wild does multiplies a symbol, but in this case there wasn’t one so they simply multiply stake.
Awaiting the results at Bovada to see if there is or isn’t an issue. It’s under investigation.
Just had this happen to me, too. 2x, 5x, 2x all wilds paid out 20x line bet. How the F is that possible? No where in the rules or pay tables does it state that the multipliers will only multiply the line bet. That’s absurd.
It IS multiplying a symbol in these cases, and that symbol is the wild 5X symbol.
There is no paytable for getting any multipliers all mixed up so they are multiplied by the size of your bet denomination starting with reel one then two then three.
So you’re saying that the wild multiplier symbol… isn’t actually a symbol? Even though no where does it state that.
