Today is my birthday. Iāve got Diamond level (379k) miles (still no invite) and no birthday bonus yet. Iāve seen a couple other players on this forum very recently stating they didnāt get their bonus until days after their birthday and only after contacting support did they finally receive the bonus. Im aware the rule states āwithin 24 hours of my birthdayā or something to that effect. I just donāt want to wind up like the last couple guys and thought maybe a preemptive reminder might keep this from happening to me. Iāve been anxiously awaiting this day, if you could please send a reminder to the marketing team that today is my birthday and that yes I would like my bonus. It would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Wait so the Birthday bonuses have been altered? Iāve been a diamond status for years and the only thing still keeping me here is my bday bonus and tomorrow is my bday. Ignition yāall have had a rough year please donāt let me down on my Birthdayā¦ it will be the straw that breaks the camelās back.
So itās official the birthday bonus came along and it was exactly what I thought it was going to be half of what it usually is with five times the usual playthrough . You know this yearās been a pretty trying time for ignition theyāve had a lot of issues and still for some reason or another I decided to stick by them but like I said in the previous post this is going to be the the straw that broke the camelās back. Iām done with this site itās ridiculous that yāall yāall continue to have issue after issue after issue and not only do you poorly compensate the players for the issues but then you decide to take away compensations that were already in place I mean yāall just must not want customers especially not loyal ones cuz Iāve been here for five years Iāve got over 5 million lifetime miles 5 million and yāall decide to screw me over on my birthday no less. So I hope it was worth the ignition but yāall just lost another loyal customer have a good day

Today is my birthday and when i reached out via chat the agent couldnāt tell me if i would receive one, only that someone from the hosted team would be in touch with me.
Any players that is platinum level or above receives a birthday review. it is added 24 hours after the start of your birthday date.
Iām diamondā¦so why didnt the agent just say that.
