When do birthday bonuses tend to drop into your account?
Birthday bonuses are for players who are Platinum level or above, if you are eligible they will be automatically added before the end of the day.

Its 5x, unfortunately I played three handed poker and only got 11% of the way through a 5x bonus…100% do not play table games with that bonus is the lesson I learned. Also that 3 handed poker continues to be the most absurdly lopsided, and impossible to prove it is not a total cheat game on their website, that I somehow cannot stay away from. I don’t think there is any physical casino I can say - “walk in there and you can guarantee you lose 10+ hands in a row on any given day.” but I can certainly say it has happened to me on Ignition so many times I barely bat an eyelash now when it happens. 16 hands no win, only losses or returned, is bananas.

Thanks @Atxduni . I was curious because my birthday is in a few weeks. I agree with you tho about all of the table games here. I stay away from them, Especially blackjack. Wins/ losses are based on payout percentages rather than true randomness. It’s quite clear when you lose 11-15 hands in a row frequently. 5x is actually totally reasonable for rollover requirements. I’ll stick to my slots for now.
Interesting, I only got 250 and heard of others getting their reward cut this year.
Good to hear some are still getting the full amount.
I found it to be a low blow considering that it’s a milestone perk that takes over 5 Million $ in playthrough to reach.

So Last year I received my Birthday Bonus of $500 in the morning. This year I haven’t received it yet and it’s Nearly the end of the day. I contacted chat and they contacted the marketing department to expedite issuing the bonus which should be issued by the end of today. Currently It’s 6pm and I have checked my account literally every 1/2 hour all day. Has anyone received a birthday bonus after 6pm? I guess I’ll have to contact CS at midnight again and play the the day after my birthday which is quite less exciting.
Around 7:30pm:
I connected with CS chat and they said they will add it manually if I don’t receive it. It’s 9pm now and I bet or highly doubt it will show before midnight. I Hope this timeline helps others waiting for an expected birthday bonus👍
Midnight came. BIRTHDAY IS OFFICIALLY OVER Contacted CS and I was on chat for almost an hour. To learn I should’ve received it and they confirmed I received it last year. Then the CS agent said he left a note with the highest department AND will be added quickly as possible.
What is going on ? Anyone ? Anyone? Do they want me to keep checking throughout the tomorrow and keep contacting chat,

This is not generally something they can will add manually.
I have checked on this and the escalation was sent to marketing, so you should get a response later today I would think.

I assure u its not 5x , i have recieved my bday bonsus every year i been with igntion and its 1x rollover , i will be happy to post my pics here soon . Why must argue and if for some reason it is 5x must be a very recent change

Maybe it has changed, I just checked on the bonus as it was mentioned here and it is showing me as 5x.
