Hi Davy, I have an another question. I understand the system automatically adds the birthday bonuses to eligible platinum levels and above. Considering I have over 42 million lifetime miles and Diamond level, why would the system skip my birthday or does this sort of issue happen more often than not?

Itâs not very often it happens. I canât give you a reason why, maybe a glitch somewhere.

I got 240 last year, This year got 150âŚ
I got 500 last year when I finally reached Diamond level after being with ignition since launch.
That perk was the incentive to build up points and reach said level.
I honestly dont even care about the rollover being changed from 1x to 5x but cutting the reward in half after it took so many years to reach is a bit much.
Im glad some are still getting the full 500 and i hope they took care of the guy above who never recieved his and has over 40mil points.
Its that time of the year again, birthday is next Monday. Will i see anything different or will everything be the same?
This is ultimately discretionary so it canât really be provided specific details from our end.

It should just be automatically added like previously with 24 hours of your birth date on the account.

Last year I got $500 for my birthday and I just check 2 min ago and I received $250 today for my birthday is there a reason why I gotess this year being a Diamond level player doesnât have much to it does it now a days?..

Maybe you do not get $500 now?, I donât know if it changed. But that would be down to marketing.
What ever bonus you receive is something that would be set by them, and not something we can change.
