Davy , thats not correct information , yes the Moderator has the abilty to change it , i even have my screen shots where it was done specfically by him, not customer service and not by marketing. Please be fair and kind to all us players. Mine was recently in july as well. Yall did same thing to me. Gave me 250 with a 5x rollover. Then when the moderator fix it gave my other 250 with 1x . Id be happy to post some pics and show everyone.i believe we should be tended to equally on bday bonsuses not a different story

Thanks for sharing. It’s quite astonishing what players have to go through just to get transparency. We are often kept in the dark about many things. The worst part is how they almost make you feel ashamed when you inquire about what is going on or ask for bonuses and rewards. Since May or so I always feel like I’m chasing to just get a minimal $2 JSNG ticket
