Why does it say that? I never got a bonus this year…not one cent…“We will let you know 7 days in advance of any changes to existing programs, products or bonuses”…what about this statement @Foster I was never notified that my birthday bonus would change… Last year I got $250 1x and could play poker …this year It was changed with out being notified and it was $150 with 5x playthrough casino only…of course I only got 56% of the way through the playthrough and was only betting 0.30c and 0.60c bets the entire time…so where is the bonus? It should read “a chance to win a exclusive birthday bonus, unless you are someone we favor at the promotions teams discretion”. Then the first time i ask for any type of kick back from support in months he waste 30 mins of my time saying I have good news, Im working my hardest for you but telling me no…i swear the exact line was used on me months and months back when i asked for a little compensation for my losses…I want compentsated for not getting a warning that the bonus would change…I had been working hard hoping to get to diamond level all year hoping to get there because i thought you got $500…nope didnt get a single cent…A 50c jackpot sitngo ticket would have been a better “bonus” if you can even call it that

To see if there could be any exception made since I seen it had been done for other players in the forum and i felt i recieved no bonus and because even though the amount is not listed it did change as did the playthrough and being casino only…Thats 3 things that changed about the “bonus”
That isn’t something they would be able to add to I’m afraid. The birthday bonus is a set bonus that is sent out by marketing.
Okay…then why was we not warned about it changing even though it is set?..and I seen other forum members have an exception made for them…they posted screenshots… I blew through my last deposit betting foolishly because I thought i was going to get a $250 birthday bonus and wasnt notified about the change…
As I said initially, it is not something that is advertised.
The website just states that you will be eligible for a bonus, it doesn’t advise of how much, or any criteria regarding it.
Well it sounded easy for you to say no…why does support tell me he has good news he is working hard for me…(which made me get my hopes up that i might be able to play a little poker on my birthday) and it take 30 mins to get a no? Time is something we never get back and I value mine, and I appretiate you responding to me in a timely manor when this is just the forum and i did not expect it…but taking that long on the live chat is ridiculous…this and the new crypto exclusive changes and the unfairness of favortisim over certain players than others…like every other loyal customer on the forum has been saying …I see no reason to stay playing on this site any longer.
And please give the other player some type of warning that the birthday bonuses have changed so others dont blow through their existing balance the day or two before thing they will be getting a bonus like before…or for all of those playing extra trying to move up a tier because they think it will improve over last years or that they make it to platnium that they will be getting a bonus simuler to the ones they read about others getting then they find out they only got a chance at possible getting a bonus…I won nothing nor did i recieve a single penny so I dont see why it is being labeled as an exclusive bonus
Anyways ignition should have some dignity and respect for all the loyal players that choose to stick around and notifiy them about the birthday bonus changes…because even though they are not listed they defintlly changed…but I dont see ignition having and more respect towards their players and they probably hope players play extra trying to get a bonus that has changed from the year before without thier knowledge. If the website said you will get x amount for a birthday bonus, and it changed, then I would agree 100% with you, but it simply states you will receive a bonus on your bonus.
No amount or rollover is stipulated, so this is not something they would inform players of if anything changed.
Still dont see how blowing through my previous deposit foolishly thinking I was going to get a bonus that was consitant with past years when I have lost the most this year than the any other but only having my time wasted on my birthday trying to make it through a 5x for $100 less than the year before and only getting through 56% of playthrough on these tight ass slots and not being able to play a single hand of poker is any type of bonus???on the one day out of the year i thought I actually would get a diecent bonus from here. …nope…Just the feeling of beeing fooled and regretting not keeping on to my depoist before and let down because I didnt get a bonus I just got a chance to possibly win one…but I didnt …recieve or win anything …just lost my time and felt like a fool m…Happy Birhday from ignition ya fool! We can’t provide the exact criteria, as this is down to marketing, but it likely has something to do with player level, or activity.
Its cool that you honor other players that aren’t happy but when my low ass high roll over bday bonus comes I’m pretty much told to pound sand!? There is an issue when I was told I would get at least 100 then didn’t it’s that big of a deal but the someone short 250 it’s ok… no wonder funky monkey is the new exclusive spins they got to make up for it somewhere… screwing the non important customers and giving out shittier bonuses and charging more to get them 100 not 30? Absolute joke
