Itās my birthday today and still they have not given me the birthday bonus for Diamond Level. Does anyone know what time they usually award it? Has anyone else at Diamond Level not received one?
Happy Birthday! Mine as well! I am Diamond also, I just posted somewhere else asking as it appears in the past, itās usually mid-day when they apply it. The @moderators in those posts suggest waiting until the end of the day because it is supposed to be applied automatically. Not sure if that is 11pm Eastern for them?

Nope. My suspicion is that we wonāt get it automatically and some kind of manual intervention will be necessary based on when the automated processes run and the current time, but Iāll let the day expire first and then go from there.
Iām just not sure who to ask about it once we get to that point.

Yes I received $100. Much less that the $500 I got in previous years. 
Did this change for everyone or just me? Why does it still say the reward is $500 when you read the ignition miles rewards?

Birthday bonuses are added to eligible accounts automatically before the end of day.

@moderators it has now been eight minutes since my birthday ended (January 30) still no birthday bonus. Im diamond level. I have recieved it for a few years now. Any help would be appreciated
