So marketing decided $100 with 20Ć play though? Ignition Casino made $22,000 in losses off my gameplay recently. Appreciative, but this doesnāt sit well with me. Contributed too much in losses for such a low bonus. This speaks volumes on how players are valued now. Canāt say Iāll be here after New Yearās arrives.

Just another example of how out of touch anyone who makes decisions at ignition isā¦ Wouldnāt you think that for eligible accounts ignition would put the damn birthday bonuses in like early in the morning overnight whatever on someoneās birthday? So that itās just a nice feel-good thing? Instead of making thousands of people go through the whole check the account throughout the day and check again and check again and be told that they canāt do anything even though they can do things and tell people that itāll be there by the end of the day like it sort of takes the fun out of it It definitely takes the fun out of it why not just reprogram your damn system to actually make people happy so that when they go in on their birthday no matter what time it is their effing bonus is there? Would that be so difficult itās just such a clear indication that they really donāt care. Iāve played at ignition for years pretty much daily and today on Christmas Day I have a few minutes and normally given my deposits and play 99 out of 100 times they would give me a free chip with identical circumstances but they choose Christmas Day to say nope not today pal nothing you can get from us today. It blows me away that thereās not someone there with a better understanding of just taking care of your players but choose another random day of the year to be the day you say no, okay thatās fine but Christmas Day is the day you say no? Iād feel like an idiot making a deposit at ignition again

Factsā¦they really dont give a rats a$$ ā¦earlier today I went to play a $2 sit n go jackpot tournament with my last two bucks and that crap got stuck loading at 59% ā¦no matter how many times I closed n opened the tabā¦and followed all the other b s steps like turning wifi on offā¦connecting from different deviceā¦going incognitoā¦no matter what I did I couldnāt connect to save my lifeā¦so I took a screenshot then went to customer service chat ā¦twice mind youā¦hoping someone would be a little understanding considering the fact that they could CLEARLY SEE that I wasnāt able to play the gameā¦but NOPE! ONCE AGAIN ā¦they said they had no connection problems on their endā¦gave me a stupid list of all the steps to follow WHEN it happens to me againā¦cuz is not a matter of IFā¦but WHENā¦and said sorry ā¦is there anything else I can help you with??? AS IF they were one bit of helpfulā¦is a bunch of

I never got a birthday bonus 
my birthday was the 29th i had to find a way to join this forum to say something. Was really looking forward to it hopefully ignition could help me out? i was wondering who I could inquire about it?
