My birth reward as a titanium level and I got $50 with the 35 time rollover, it comes with a one time rollover of $150 I didn’t realize I received $50 with 35 times until I went over to poker and funds weren’t available, what happened to the site?

Im not sure what my birthday bonus was but i remember clearly it said 1x rollover. And all bonuses from ignition (unless stated otherwise) come with the standard 35x.
1X rollover is a cake walk. … … now walking away when I run it up 35X the bonus amount $100 to $3500 is the hard part 
i just keep increasing the bet til im betting $1000 a spin and dunk it all…lol

Yeah the birthday bonus this year left more of a pretty sour feeling than joyful for me this year. 2024 I recieved a $500 5x cash bonus and was quite suprised and happy.
This year I anticipated something the would show they appreciate 10,000,000 mile lifetime rewards customer, I didnt see anything. I waited until the later half of the day on my birthday before I asked the chat in the help section. I was gifted a free play $50 35x rollover bonus and quickly asked if that all i needed. Mind you I did not play on ignition very much in 2023/24 compared to this year to my recolection. I’m not one to complain too much about most things but man talk about a buzzkill☹️

Hi Ignition Moderators! You all know I get fired up often. I say what I mean and really do mean what I say. Today, I had donked off some dough and really needed a spark. I get on the horn with an agent, Rafael, who was courteous and professional. He says your a diamond vip and gets me $115 with 35 x rollover. I figure thats not gonna happen.But it did! It did happen! I jush cashed $2G with some play left. Its only $2G right? You guys have no idea what it meant to me right at this moment. Needed it for something I forgot about.
