This is a load of crap! No info on over 24 hours, they have no idea where my deposit is and can give me no answers…… only can tell me to keep waiting. Yall lost my deposit to no fault of my own. What kind of customer service bs is this? About to lose a loyal player and a lot of money!!!
Deposits have not been lost, funds will be safe.
I’ve tried again multiple times. It’s been over 24 hours since I deposited and I still can’t get anybody to respond on the ignition chat. It just leaves you there with the AI bought telling you it’s getting somebody and then it finally kicked you out after a while.
I did a matchpay trade 12 hrs ago an never received it but I see the logo next to the trade shows the letter B. Just like the one for the other casino site bovada, however you spell it. Which i have never played.
Holy cow, try Safari! It might help the deposit
Yeah I deposited my 20$ over 24 hours ago, at 8:03am and still nothing!! And whenever I try to get in contact with CS I get the message “your internet connection is down, please wait while I reconnect you” but my internet definitely isn’t down.
And if they can approve my ignition forum account being made, then they don’t have enough people working on actual problem right now…

Yeah what everyone else said! Seriously though you can’t tell everyone that you’re actively rigorously working on the situation to get it resolved, but don’t have any information regarding a timeline or expectation.
I’m pretty sure it’s because bitcoin took a major crash around the same time so it makes sense that they would grab and wait for it to go back up, which it’s not going to which projected to go down to 65 and lower
Over 24 hours since I attempted my deposit and it’s still not showing.
I’m still waiting for my withdrawal did anyone get pay
I don’t get this timeline note. There were many failed deposits starting yesterday morning and all through the day, mine included (BTC
)… What’s with the 6pm onward?
It’s absolutely crazy that the entire day yesterday had issues, But only intermittently was there any warning on the site, and an occasional “maintenance” notice. How you guys could allow people to make deposits knowing there was major issue and chances were certainly better than not that they would have an issue… Is beyond me. It’s such a blatant, sketchy, unethical money grab… Who knows how many people made a deposit who wouldn’t have had there been a consistent warning (myself included)…and now they’re having to go through all this…
The maintenance notice is sort of a joke too… Like whoever decides to post a maintenance notice when reality is there is a crises going on and spiraling out of control… Do they actually think your customers are that stupid? Do they not understand how gimmicky, insulting & gamey that comes across as? Things like that don’t help… And if it had been a quick maintenance break, I’m pretty sure everyone would have their money.
Transparency helps, is respected, and goes a long way. Giving no info whatsoever, no timeframe, no details … Combined with inadequate (for most, non existent) support, and the gimmicky denial & games … it’s just ridiculous.
I know these matters aren’t anything the @mods can do anything with, and these frustrations aren’t directed toward you. But whoever it is that does make these decisions over there doesn’t seem to understand the way this is being handled creates a divide, resentments, and ‘us v them’ mentality. If relatively minor steps were taken, and a little bit of genuine appreciation (not the canned, copy paste ‘we appreciate your patience…’ line at the end of the vague, unhelpful non- updates) and understanding were shown, the whole dynamic could be reshaped as an issue ‘we’ll get through together’. That’s customer service 101. But whoever over there is calling the shots is seemingly out of touch, prefers the ‘us v them’ mentality, and clearly doesn’t care about pissing off your customers.
If anyone is still reading, sorry for rambling here, This one got away from me a bit, lol. Just venting.
So can anything be shared as to what the problem was / is? There is more to this than just delayed crediting of deposits… Given an ongoing issue of this (highest) magnitude, your customers deserve something … It would go a long way both now, in this current issue, and overall as to the general reliability and integrity of the site. It could be so easy to do the right thing and make an effort; failure to do so is just a big f-you to your customers and arrogant, at best.
If Ignition considers itself a leader in the industry… It should make some effort at least to act like it.
I’m going on 36 hours now and was nice enough to send screenshots of the to transaction to expedite manual correction and the same bs story . I was given a small bonus that couldn’t be used on poker which is what my deposit was for to begin with.
Yeah I don’t think we are going to get anything helpful on this…there are only two messages coming out - ‘rest assured, we have this under control’ and ‘we don’t have any information about what is going on’ - they just happen to be wholly incompatible with each other…
Ok being polite isn’t working. It’s been two days and the 34 Eth i deposited in my account is nowhere to be found. I’ve written emails with screen shots of transaction receipts. I’ve sat in your help chat 10-15 min a time ai least a dozen times without a single human response. What do i have to do to get my account resolved? Or do i just close my account and open a ticket with my lawyer. THEY won’t ignore me. Wanna bet🤪
SOME FACTS ON THE SEVERITY OF THIS ISSUE:
Since there is clearly no info that’s going to be provided, and since I been ignored for 2 days asking for any info, I’ll share what I do know as FACT.
The vague updates suggest all they have to do is manually credit some deposits that didn’t make it to their final destination …it seems A LOT more serious than that.
~10:45am yesterday morning, I made a BTC
deposit at a sister site. It didn’t post, But I was with a friend and a little distracted and I thought maybe I deposited at a different site or whatever I didn’t really look into it at the time. At ~11:15am, I initiated a deposit to Ignition for my friend, scanned the QR code he had generated and hit send. It was a small deposit for $50… He says ‘you only sent $20’ (a $20 deposit hit his acct right when my $50 should have). I said ‘no it was definitely $50’. I checked my wallet to confirm and showed him the screen, which read $50. Then, another ~$100 hit his acct… Then 4 more random amounts, 6 deposits total, for ~$650. He never got the $50 I send, but it seems to have triggered receiving 6 different deposits! I assume these were other people’s deposits (that obviously they didn’t get). So, it seems like deposits that weren’t received by customers GOT CREDITED TO OTHER CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS!!! If this is indeed true, then this problem is HUGE. I was curious WTF was going on, so I then tried another
deposit at Ignition for a small amount, and going on 30 hours later haven’t received that one either. I didn’t receive any other customer deposits lol
So with just me and a friend, 2 people, the following 9 issues were created in a matter of 15 mins (8 at ignition):
1 deposit by me to me @ sister site still not credited
1 deposit by me to me @ Ignition still not credited
1 deposit by me to a friend @ Ignition still not credited
6 deposits by others to themselves posted to my friends acct.
The details above are 100% factual. Any thoughts I have are are strictly speculation. I dont know that the 6 separate deposits my friend received were other customer deposit attempts, Nor do I know that any current missing customer deposits were credited to others customers. But if I was a bettin’ man (lol) I’d take that bet any day. Also, my friend checked his transactions and the deposits credited were different random sources (ie Matchpay, ‘card’, crypto… All different/ random). Which further suggests they were actual, real deposit attempts from others… Not just a glitch causing multiple credits…
If it’s true that our missing deposits (or even some of them) were credited to other customer accounts, that turns this into a complete crises for Ignition. Again all speculation but if indeed they are manually crediting missing deposits, that would mean they’re coming out of their own pockets… Could speculate further on what people did if they received deposits they didn’t make … But I’m guessing they’re not the ones jamming up support trying to give the $ back…
If any of the speculations are true, it opens up a whole bunch of other questions… Are they really focusing on crediting deposits? Or are they focusing on getting our deposits back from other customers, and are we going to be put on the sidelines while they figure out how to get our missing money? (A lot of which they won’t be able to recover). It would be interesting to know where the priority lies… And at what point do they truly start crediting all missing deposits regardless of whether or not they’ve been recovered? (Ie pay them out of pocket)? And are we just being strung along while they figure out what to do about this disaster?
I’ve asked for any bit of info for 2 days, and have been completely ignored. So, I thought it made sense to share the facts above. As a disclaimer, I’ll reiterate: the facts I stated are facts. My thoughts are speculation, and on that side of it I could be completely wrong. Maybe my friend receiving six other deposits was a complete unrelated fluke. Maybe it has nothing to do with the current issues. And maybe they are working diligently to credit our deposits and there’s nothing more to the story. I don’t know. But common sense and logic is not looking favorable for them.
I’ve been trying to get it figured out since 1030 yesterday morning on the third and can you get a hold of nobody until last night and then they told me they’re trying this morning. Somebody told me at 7:30 AM that would be done within the hour and then nothing and then I can’t get a hold of nobody all day long that we’ll answer me
strong text
Y’all keep saying you don’t have the ability to compensate accounts, an keep saying customer service is having high volume of inquiries no one can get through to support plum freakin ridiculous
Instead of everyone trying to get ahold of CS y’all could at least put an inquiry in for us and let us know something but I guess that would be to much to ask come on get with the program I can’t get nothing but excuses from this place anymore never able to get a straight forward answer got to love it
Well put and vital to thr issue we all face.
Thank You
Is there any update on this whole situation? I understand that the process can only be done as fast as it can be done, but I was the first person to post about it yesterday morning as far as I know… and I just wanted to see if I needed to provide the address I sent to, etc… any help would be appreciated
Man that’s hilarious
I mean it sucks for us Im missing $150 of bitcoin. After multiple failed attempts for customer service i finally got “Juan” and he was so generous he credited my account with a $50 one time bonus only and for just a mere 10000000X playthrough! I stand more chance winning in practice mode…these guys need to put anuthushrimponthubawbi or whatever hahah. Seriously I bet they got hacked.
