Oh my God! Really? This will make me quit gambling online forever! Anyway, I wanted to say that only one site, similar, offers free gifts or bounce back bonuses. Just one! I have no idea what happened to the other sites. Hierarchy probably drank some bad liquor. I suggest some anti-psychotics for everyone who works for ignition and company
I used to loooove this site but I feel I am no longer appreciated. The customer service representatives have nothing to work with anymore. Free bonuses are never rewarded anymore. Poker games disconnect every other game. No cash back anymore. No bitcoin 25% unlimited bonuses. No free tickets issued upon request. Havent gotten any random rewards points in forever. I was even told by an agent that they had âgood newsâ for me after i requested a free play bonus. Only to be told it would arrive in my account soonâŚha. It didnt. And still hasnât. This is 20+hours ago. The site is a shell of its former self and I will be going elsewhere as i suggest others do as well. Just disappointing to say the least. Im a diamond member as well. Which is nothing more than a useless title. I thought it would mean something but it doesnt. At all.

This site has gone to crap. Itâs not even fun anymore. I havenât won anything in months. I deposit couple hundred everyday and canât win anything. I havenât even been up $50 at any given point. The odds have changed, I donât care what they say. My own fault for continuing to deposit but I think the last few months have been rigged. Hundreds and hundreds of spins in a row without a win 5x my bet. Howâs that possible? I know how to lose, Iâve been doing it for years but this something else. Iâve never gambled and felt like I was being cheated until the last few weeks. I think itâs time to take my addiction elsewhere. Lol

I agree with you. I was kicked off community on a another site so I suggest caution to the remarks but I completely agree with you. Things have changed which I have been saying for quite some time. The spins and the bonuses arenât right. They wonât listen or simply donât care. I have been playing slots for a very long time on this site and Iâm telling you things are different. No one can tell me different.

They said that about the free play bonus? I lost over 2000 grand last month and I had to hound help center for any free play and I the same thing a few months ago and that time I got shit on and they gave me 20$ after losing 2 grand then I have to get in chat support to get any help with deposit bonuses redeeming because Bitcoin sites like to charge a lot and they split up trasfers so you pay double and yes thatâs not user error it was a rip off but no matter how much I deposit or lost I get no grace fr ignition without spending 2 hours trying to reach the help center and being made to see how little they care about making it at least seem like weâre appreciated

Yeah! Theyâre kicking people off like crazy on all these sites. I got kicked off another site for being a little to zealous with my words. Things are different.
Well, I think we should all forget about exceptions or free bonuses any more. Weâre not getting them and this site has made that abundantly clear. Not sure where the site is going. My feelings are not good about the future but there might be a surprise somewhere.

@Snb6448 Exceptions bonuses are still offered however and happily provided when eligible. Youâve withdrawn more then youâve deposited in the last month, two months and even 3 months. All of that would play a role in extra cash bonuses being offered
No matter, I get bonuses from other siteâs that appreciate the average depositor. This site apparently has a different perspective of the word, depositor and what they should receive.
You do also get 100% match bonuses weekly too.
