Yeah! I’m very disappointed but I don’t think these guys get any help from the company. I did a search on google today and there are no codes available for any of the sites. Perhaps things are going sour internally, who knows. More and more I feel that I’m wasting my time.
That’s unfortunately how all well established casinos handle their bonuses/promotions. I understand the frustration but look it at like this; if you have done well or been on a fairly long solid winning streak you really don’t NEED those minuet bonuses nearly as much as someone who’s been consistently loosing. Now if you think about it from the casinos perspective if you’ve been on the good side of luck and have won more than you’ve lost why would you deserve to get handed additional comps? I know Ignition and their sister site are making hella $$$ so it’s not going to hurt them to offer bonuses to players, especially loyal ones. However we give $ to companies everyday that make a TON of money, and at the end of the day a casino is a business.
Trust me Its not that I disagree with you. I’ve done fairly well the last 18 months or so but when I heard Bovada pulled all Crypto perks I would be Pissed if Ignition followed suite. Still hoping they don’t make that change.

@Snb6448 I’ve had my issues with Ignition, but I gotta side with Ignition here. Even when they were giving free bonuses I wouldn’t even bother asking if my withdrawal amount was within a few hundred of my deposit amount in my 31 day transaction list

Ehh you’re kinda right, land based casinos will send promos and bonuses even when someone is in the green but this is to try and get them back into the casino hoping they leave in the red

Also have a question why ignition is so persistent and persuasive that everyone deposits with btc? When ignition first started their btc "career/interest the reasoning for almost demanding all players deposit with bitcoin was in ignitions words . Free and faster and i was always baffled why ignition made these claims at that point of time…because i knew that … "was simply false😉
Crypto transactions are for the most part issue free compared to the likes of cards.
So, can anyone give me an answer as to why ignition and company refuses to issue free non bonus rewards to loyal players. I don’t understand it and have never received a satisfactory answer. A player deposits a ton of money and expects some return if the deposit fails. Why is that a problem for the site to understand?
This simply isn’t true as we don’t refuse to provide bonuses. These are account to account reviews done to each account at the time of request. There are far too many factors that go into these reviews to provide a simple answer here, but in your case stating that you expect return on your failed deposits wouldn’t really apply as your withdrawals are far higher than your deposits.
I know, that’s the answer all the time.

Well can you please tell me why I’ve been turned down in thr past for a free bonus? I don’t deposit on here that much anymore but i did before the websites issues. And i received a email stating no more top offs…never was clear what that was in reference to…can you please enlighten me? Does this refer to the random gifts? And why would my account be singled out?

Upon checking it does appear you have several bonuses available for you to use.
We wouldn’t be able to add anything on top of what you already have unfortunately.

Here is the message I received. Pretty much seems they don’t value me as a customer. Took my cashback and lied and said it Wasn’t being offered and of course i wouldn’t have known that it was still being offered until i joined the forum.
If you were receiving cashback before and are not now, it is likely because you opted out of the crypto exclusive program. For the avoidance of doubt you can view your full rewards for the program on this page.
The mail you received wasn’t only sent to you, but this was something a lot of players will have received and it is no way singling you out.
