I don’t know about anyone else but I am entirely locked out from accessing Ignition right now. The desktop app just crashes as soon as I boot it, and google chrome just loops back to the home page when I click “Login” both in incognito and regular browser after clearing the cache.

That’s one thing, but we’re talking about points for compensation for 3 years of just straight negligent coding and passing the blame onto customers for cookie and cache issues. If you redeem points that you EARNED thru play, you shouldn’t have to rollover free spins. Casino cash, sure, but not free spins, not 35x.
NEVER had a betonline customer support rep ever tell me to clear my cookies and cache, and never had to contact betonline customer support over a game not loading, or the POKER software saying “User ID / Password blah blah blah” when trying to load a tournament. Never had ONE betonline jackpot spin and go, completely wreck and cobble up ALL (even if it was just one other) of my tournaments until I refreshed the page 2 times, when using mobile browser… Don’t have any of these problems on Global. Don’t have any of these problems on ACR (can play multiple jackpot spin and go’s with no problem on mobile)… NEVER have “cookies and cache” problems…
over 2 years worth of annoying problems on ignition, most of them still remain. I WANT to like ignition, I REALLY do. I have a soft spot for ignition/bovada as they were the first sites I joined when I first found online gambling. But this is getting out of hand how completely out of touch this sister-network of sites is. And yet they command full rake on tournaments.

The software crashed right when I was in the middle of a huge hand with almost all my chips in and I couldn’t get back into the freeroll periods in a crash to get a little bit later when I finally got back and it was already crippled I think I need a new enrty today
