Hey promotions team…hadn’t had a little gift since September 2021…Also a little free bonus play would be nice for trying to play while your site is running so horribly. Lost 3 hands at blackjack that I never even got to see play out because your software keeps freezing. Things lately have not been enjoyable. Win or lose is fine but reloading a game 6 times and clearing cache every 5 min to make your site run is not normal or enjoyable…Been here over 2 years and things seem to be getting worse. Loyal depositer. Come on you guys can do better then this.

I’ve deposited far more than I’ve withdrawn and I’m not as active on here as I am on all the other sister sites, but even with me not being as active u can verify I still deposit very good amounts regularly every week since I’ve opened my account several months back, and have never once gotten the lil gift I get them regularly from bovada cafe casino and slots.lv as long as I haven’t withdrawn more than I’ve deposited. Also I would like to b more active here but my issue is I can rarely get any support from the live chat. I would think that knowing the site is having issues they would open the phones back up or at the very least make sure they have enough representatives to assist the players with all this commotion. I will never understand the logic behind not having proper support for ur customers especially when dealing with large sums of cash. It can’t b that hard to resolve an issue as simple as that. I now understand y they can’t resolve the issues with the site, if they can’t resolve simple issues such as opening phone lines or hiring more representatives to handle the chats then how could I ever expect them to resolve more complicated situations such as the ones we r experiencing now with the site

Has anyone here just stopped receiving the little gift bonus points after receiving them on a regular basis for a long time? I received the little gift bonus points for two years straight typically two and sometimes three times a month but I have not received them in two months now. I have asked cs to give me an explanation why i no longer receive them and the only answer I can get is that it’s discretionary or that its a promotion that’s not available to me at this time. That’s fine but that’s not the reason you suddenly stopped doing something that you have been doing for two years now. It’s definitely not because I withdrew any money because my account don’t come with a withdrawal button apparently or I have yet to find such anyway. Anybody else ever have this issue? I had the same problem with the sister site however they did the right thing and issued what I was owed but ignition refuses for some reason. The last rep told me that I still have those bonus points they just haven’t been issued yet which I don’t understand that logic. I deposit regularly as well. Bonuses and bonus points are pretty much the only reason I’m still here and without getting those I have a hard time justifying me continuing to give them money with nothing at all in return.

I didn’t receive my Bitcoin rewards “free spins, points, or ticket” on my last deposit and asked about them the next day and was told that I received my Bitcoin rewards which was a match bonus with a 20x rollover and that I would be receiving 3 of those as my new Bitcoin rewards and not the spins, points, ticket any longer which I complained about and told them I don’t even use deposit bonuses because I can’t stand how they take my deposit cash away and then go on this big run just to fall short of the rollover every time in turn making their rtp look legit but never really having a chance of getting that return. But then I received the spins, etc… later that day for that deposit so I’m not sure what the hell is really going on other than the fact that ignition is greedy as hell that they can’t even give someone bonus points that are owed to them after the amount of money I have given them and not once withdrew any money. It makes me question whether they would give up the winnings if i ever were to win if they are holding back simple bonus points

Is this what you are referring because I actually didn’t take it as such. I guess because the message starts off by saying “In our continuing efforts to improve your rewards” so taking points away from me is improving my rewards. Am I missing something here,

Davy I’m really asking if this is the communication you are referring. If so there is clearly a language barrier between who wrote this and myself as I don’t see taking points away from someone that has been receiving them for two years as a way to better improve my rewards. Which would be the reason I’m still asking for the points. I was also told that I wouldn’t receive free spins, bonus points, or tickets any longer for my Bitcoin rewards and it appears you are stating this message is also saying I will not receive little gift points either. But what I will receive are three 20x rollover match bonuses to replace those 4 things I mentioned. If indeed this was done and was done to improve my rewards then the person who thought of this idea should be moved down to maintenance or janitorial is all I can say
